Donelle H. Ratheal
is president of Ratheal Family Law, P.C., where she practices in the areas of domestic relations and probate litigation, trial and appellate. She is a member of the Family Law sections for both the American and Oklahoma bar associations, as well as a member of the Canadian, Custer and Beckham County bar associations. Ms. Ratheal earned her B.M. degree from the University of Denver, her M.M. degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. Honors and awards include Lawyers of Distinction, Super Lawyers, and Top 10 Family Law Attorney.

A. Craig Abrahamson
is an attorney in Tulsa, operating A. Craig Abrahamson Attorney at Law. He focuses his practice on general civil litigation, bankruptcy and family law; and handling divorce, child custody, visitation rights, child support, alimony, spousal support, post decree modification and enforcement of custody, visitation and support, premarital agreements, guardianship, probate, and administration of estates. Mr. Abrahamson represents creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. He also represents clients in business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant, business law and commercial transactions. Mr. Abrahamson has been a frequent presenter for continuing legal education courses on family law, landlord tenant law, bankruptcy and litigation. He is a member of Oklahoma Bar Association (Family Law, Law Office Management and Technology, and Bankruptcy sections) and Tulsa County Bar Association (Family Law and Bankruptcy sections). Mr. Abrahamson earned his B.A. degree from University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from University of Tulsa.

David C. Fisher
is a sole practitioner in the Tulsa area, where he practices in the areas of mediation, collaborative law, family law and estate planning. He is a leader and recognized authority in the area of dispute resolution, where he brings an extensive background of problem solving with more than 17 years of real life experience as an insurance adjuster, trainer, speaker and now lawyer. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Family Law Section and Estate Planning Section; Tulsa County Bar Association's Family Law Section; American Bar Association's Family Law Section and Real Property Estate Planning Section; and Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals; as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He is also included on the Tulsa County District courts list of mediators. Mr. Fisher earned his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Phillip J. Tucker
is a highly accomplished family law attorney, who enjoys helping his clients resolve family challenges. Prior to joining Doerner Saunders Daniel & Anderson LLP in 2021, he practiced law for nearly 38 years as a founding partner at a law firm in Edmond, Oklahoma. Mr. Tucker has been widely published and regularly presents locally and nationwide. His focus areas include adoption, ethics, paternity, habeas corpus/writ proceedings, guardianship, military law, guardian ad litem training, trial advocacy and law practice management. Mr. Tucker is also a contributing author for the Oklahoma Bar Association's (OBA) Family Law Practice Manual. He most recently presented an OBA CLE regarding guardian ad litem representation. Recognized for his experience in family law, Mr. Tucker has been named to the annual Super Lawyers list multiple times. Locally, he received the Oklahoma Bar Association's Maurice Merrill Golden Quill Award for the best OBA Journal article as a co-recipient in 2020. Mr. Tucker received the OBA's Earl Sneed Award for outstanding CLE contributions as a co-recipient in 2011. The OBA also recognized him in 2003 as Oklahoma's Outstanding Family Law Attorney. Through Mr. Tucker's dedication to giving back to the legal community, he serves on the OBA's Solo and Small Firm Conference Planning Committee, Military Assistance Task Force and Legislative Over Site Committee. Mr. Tucker has also been the technology liaison for the Section Leader's Council, and is an Oklahoma Bar Foundation fellow. In addition, he was a commissioner on the OBA's Professional Responsibility Commission (2017-2019). Mr. Tucker has been an active member of the American Bar Association's Section of Family Law since 1995. He currently is a member on the Adoption, Law Practice Management/Technology, Assisted Reproduction Technology, Ethics, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Governmental Relations (former chair), International Law, and Military Law committees (former chair); and is a volunteer with both Operation Standby and Operation LAMP (Legal Assistance for Military Families). Mr. Tucker was also an observer on the 2014 Uniform Law Commission Drafting Committee on Non-Parental Rights to Custody and Visitation. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Central Oklahoma and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Emily E. Williams
is a trial lawyer who represents clients in wide range of matters including complex commercial disputes, employment issues, family law, media and First Amendment rights. In the area of family law, her practice encompasses all aspects of family law including divorce, complex business valuations and asset and debt apportionment, custody, visitation, UCCJEA matters, child support, alimony, guardianship, and adoption matters. Before joining Doerner Saunders Daniel & Anderson LLP, Ms. Williams worked at a general practice firm where she focused on complex business and commercial disputes and developed experience representing clients in complex divorce cases. She also worked at an insurance defense firm where she gained significant experience defending corporate and individual clients in a broad range of issues. Ms. Williams has experience in and out of the courtroom, representing small and large businesses and individuals. She employs a pragmatic and systematic approach to reaching the best outcome for her clients. She received her B.A. degree from University of Oklahoma and her J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
