Speaker bio
Lovita Tandy
is a seasoned litigator and a well-recognized authority in the area of labor and employment law. She serves as a trusted advisor to small, mid-size, and multi-national corporations in a broad range of industries, as well as non-profits and government entities. Ms. Tandy relies on her more than 25 years of experience to guide clients in the defense of employment discrimination and retaliation claims involving federal and state anti-discrimination and whistleblower laws. She also guides clients through the complexities of whistleblower laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Ms. Tandy serves her clients as a DEI consultant and frequently conducts employment-related and DEI training for corporations and high-level executives, helps develop DEI strategies, and designs ADA, FLSA, and other employment-related compliance programs and offers advice and counseling on the full spectrum of employment laws. She has provided advice and counsel to, performed internal investigations for, and litigated on behalf of several local government entities and is familiar with the unique challenges associated with working with elected officials.

Erin H. Harris
is Senior Corporate Counsel at Delta Air Lines, Inc. She is an experienced litigator, advisor and counselor with knowledge in the public and private (labor and employment) sectors. Ms. Harris earned her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Illinois, and Georgia.

Artur Davis
is an attorney at HKM Employment Attorneys LLP, where he represents victims of employment discrimination in federal district courts and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has extensive experience trying cases in federal court, and navigating all aspects of the employment litigation process, from negotiations to depositions to briefing and arguing complex legal issues. Mr. Davis is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was the second African American to win the award of Best Oral Advocate in the Ames Moot Court Competition. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama, the District of Columbia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals; and has represented HKM clients pro hac vice in several notable matters in Georgia.
