She serves as a trusted advisor to small, mid-size, and multi-national corporations in a broad range of industries, as well as non-profits and government entities. Ms. Tandy relies on her more than 25 years of experience to guide clients in the defense of employment discrimination and retaliation claims involving federal and state anti-discrimination and whistleblower laws. She also guides clients through the complexities of whistleblower laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Ms. Tandy serves her clients as a DEI consultant and frequently conducts employment-related and DEI training for corporations and high-level executives, helps develop DEI strategies, and designs ADA, FLSA, and other employment-related compliance programs and offers advice and counseling on the full spectrum of employment laws. She has provided advice and counsel to, performed internal investigations for, and litigated on behalf of several local government entities and is familiar with the unique challenges associated with working with elected officials.

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
