is an attorney with the law firm of Cipriani & Werner, P.C., where she practices in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith. She is a member of the firm's insurance defense group, as well as the Counsel on Litigation Management. Ms. Holden has had an experienced and varied insurance defense litigation practice. She has had substantial experience in automobile claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, medical professional liability claims as well as toxic tort claims, first party benefit claims and subrogation. Ms. Holden earned her B.S. degree from Mount St. Mary's College, with honors, Dean's list Beta Beta Beta; and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd and 3rd Circuits; U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. District Court, District of Eastern Pennsylvania.

is an attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where his practice has included insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, Mr. Kramer has practiced in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. He also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. Mr. Kramer earned his B.A. degree, with general honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
