is an attorney with the law firm of Johnson & Webbert LLP. He specializes in labor and employment, civil rights, and complex civil cases. During his eighteen-year litigation career, Mr. Guzzardo has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal court in matters ranging from employment retaliation, unreasonable use of force, false arrest, cruel and unusual punishment, and malicious prosecution. Before joining us, he worked in Philadelphia for a large commercial defense firm before following his passion by prosecuting civil rights claims against powerful entities and their officials. Mr. Guzzardo has won several federal appeals court decisions for plaintiffs in the areas of absolute and qualified immunity. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kutztown State University and his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
