With almost 43 years of experience a significant part of his practice involves the representation of clients who are buying or selling businesses. Mr. Nathan received his B.A. degree, with high honors, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas. He was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Houston Law Center where he taught advanced corporate taxation and business planning. Mr. Nathan is a member of the State Bar of Texas (member, State Bar Commission on Legal Specialization for Tax Law) and the American Bar Association (member, Taxation Section Committee on Negotiated Acquisitions). He is board certified in tax law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

is a Managing Director in Weaver's Forensics, Litigation, and Valuation Services practice. His expertise lies in business valuations, fraud examination, and quantification of commercial damages. He has more than 20 years of experience in business valuations, fraud examination, and the quantification of commercial and personal damages. Mr. Liles-Tims regularly conducts business valuations for a variety of industries and for matters involving litigation, estate and gift tax, and ownership transfers. Experience in financial forensics includes litigation, detection and quantification of various forms of financial fraud, divorce-related matters, embezzlement, criminal tax fraud, and the quantification of commercial damages. Testimony experience includes cases in federal and state court, as well as arbitrations. Mr. Liles-Tims received a B.B.A and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, where his field of graduate study was finance. Additionally, he has earned his designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Mr. Liles-Tims is an Instructor, Contributor, and Author for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) in the areas of business valuation, litigation consulting, and financial forensics and was awarded NACVA's "2020 Circle of Light Award," "2018/2019 Instructor of the Year," and former Chair of NACVA's "Business Valuation Credentialing Board," and currently serves as an Advisor for the NACVA "Leadership Initiatives Board." He has taught numerous continuing education classes in the areas of business valuations and financial forensics. Mr. Liles-Tims is an Adjunct Professor at Oklahoma City University in the field of "Forensic Economics".
