Elysia Prendergast-Jones
Esq., M.B.A., M.A., is managing attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina. She supervises other in-house attorneys on family and juvenile law matters, advising on legal precedents, legal instruments, and the correct application of laws and statutes in district, superior and appellate courts. Ms. Prendergast also speaks at numerous CLE seminars and trainings. She earned her B.A. degree from Coker College, her M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Webster University and her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

Danya Bundy
is a partner and trial lawyer at Bundy Law, where she represents private clients in prenuptial agreements and in family law disputes involving child custody, alimony, child support, and domestic violence claims. Fluent in Arabic and German, she advises on international matters, including Hague Convention child abduction cases. Ms. Bundy earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tulsa; and her J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She is an active member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Family Law sections of the American Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In 2023, she co-authored the Chambers & Partners' Guide to Family Law in Oklahoma. Ms. Bundy is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma.

Aaron D. Bundy
is the founder and senior partner at Bundy Law. His trial practice includes family law, criminal defense, and select civil cases. Mr. Bundy's practice also includes appellate work. His post-law school training includes trial skills training and an advanced business valuation seminar, both taught by South Carolina trial lawyer Tim Madden at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston; multiple trial skills and cross-examination clinics taught by legendary trial lawyer Roger Dodd; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers trial skills seminar in Denver, Colorado; and the annual jury selection training hosted by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in New Orleans. Mr. Bundy frequently gives presentations about trial-related issues and developments to paralegals, lawyers, judges, and other professionals in the legal industry. He has written multiple articles about discovery, evidence, and trial practice. Recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2013, Mr. Bundy is listed in the Spear's 500 Family Lawyers Index and ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners HNW Guide. In 2017, Oklahoma Bar Association presented him with the Earl Sneed Award, a recognition for outstanding continuing legal education contributions. Mr. Bundy is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Ms. Matthews is a member of the Atlanta State Bar Association, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
