Mark A. Atkinson
is an attorney with Atkinson & Frampton, PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia. He is one of the most experienced and successful trial attorneys in West Virginia. Mr. Atkinsobn has obtained ten judgments in excess of $1,000,000.00. Over the last 36 years, he has handled thousands of cases, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in the following areas: employment, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, business litigation, work place injuries, First Amendment claims, and litigation involving churches. Mr. Atkinson has tried numerous criminal cases, including successfully defending murder and kidnapping cases. He lectures nationally on the topic of trial tactics. Mr. Atkinson earned his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law.

Casey S. Erick
is a shareholder with Cowles & Thompson, P.C., and focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. He has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters that span across commercial law, labor and employment, real estate, consumer protection, and general litigation including, but not limited to breach of contract, corporate trade secret theft, tortious interference, defamation, personal injury, fraud, and various other kinds of civil litigation. Mr. Erick is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association, and board-certified in civil trial law. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi; and his J.D. degree from Baylor School of Law.

B. Tyler Brooks
is senior counsel with the Thomas More Society and maintains his law office in Greensboro, North Carolina. He represents clients throughout the United States in cases involving free speech and other constitutional rights, and has extensive experience engaging in business and employment litigation in trial and appellate courts. Mr. Brooks received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude from Wake Forest University; and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. He further holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in taxation from Villanova University's Graduate Tax Program, through which he also completed advanced coursework in ERISA and employee benefits law. Mr. Brooks is admitted to practice law in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Michigan, as well as numerous federal courts.

Trevor R. Brice
is an attorney at The Royal Law Firm with years of experience advising clients through the litigation process. His experience ranges from representing private corporations in state and federal court, to representing individual clients before unemployment tribunals. Mr. Brice works to solve employers' problems early before they spiral out of control. He has regularly advised and represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), and other state agencies. Mr. Brice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Providence College, and a Juris Doctor and master's degree in business administration from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts.
