Donald Christian

is a Huntsville native and sole practitioner for Donald L. Christian, Jr., Attorney at Law, where he has a general civil practice. He focuses in the areas of commercial and business litigation, Article 2A finance-lease litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, mechanic's and materialman lien litigation, wills and estates, and general civil litigation, as well as appellate practice before the Alabama Civil Court of Appeals and Alabama Supreme Court. Mr. Christian is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Alabama; U.S. District Court, Northern District; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He has lectured for CLE seminars previously on the topics of landlord-tenant issues, commercial litigation, and collections law. Mr. Christian is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law.

Ms. Laing is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Rhode Island and American bar associations, Commercial Law League of America, and American Bankruptcy Institute. She served as chairperson of the Bench Bar Committee for the Rhode Island Bar Association. Ms. Laing earned her A.B. degree from Albion College and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
