Trevor P. Funseth
is an attorney at Montana Estate Lawyers, P.C. He earned his B.S. degree in economics from MSU in Bozeman and his J.D. degree from UM Law School in Missoula. Mr. Funseth is admitted to practice law in Montana.
Speaker bio
Renee Staudinger
is an attorney at Bauer Gravel Farnham LLP, where she concentrates in bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law, collections, estates, and property disputes. Her landlord/tenant clients are primarily landlords who require assistance with a broad spectrum of issues, including statutory and regulatory compliance, drafting of notices, tenant negotiations, litigation of eviction actions, and collection of judgments. Ms. Staudinger also assists tenants in issues such as security deposit return negotiation, lease review, and parties' compliance with statutes and regulations. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Keene State College; and her J.D. degree from the Vermont Law School. Ms. Staudinger was admitted to the Vermont bar in June 2013.
