is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pre-trial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Brenner has significant experience with consumer financial transactions, bad faith insurance litigation, insurance coverage litigation, contractual disputes, quiet title, declaratory relief, lien rights, wrongful foreclosure, FDCPA, FCRA, TILA, TCPA, deceptive trade practices, bankruptcy discharge violations, and class actions. He has served as a speaker, panelist and author of course materials for National Business Institute. Mr. Brenner has appeared and argued before the Nevada Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has tried more than 20 bench and jury trials. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project.
