Dr. Fry earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Samford University and a Master's degree and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Alabama. She has completed her clinical internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr.. Fry is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Consulting Psychology. Her articles and trainings have been featured in the Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Association for Justice, Cumberland School of Law, University of Alabama School of Law, Alabama State Bar, and many other organizations, and her work has helped hundreds of lawyers build, balanced, healthy and sustainable careers.

is a partner with Balch & Bingham LLP with more than twenty-five years of experience as a trial lawyer in general, commercial, and environmental litigation. His experience in trying products liability, environmental, catastrophic personal injury, and business claims has taught him how to identify key issues, target resources and discovery on those issues, seek and force early resolution, deliver cost effective results, and tell the story at trial that needs to be told. Mr. Boone's experience focused and prudent tactics, and tenacity have resulted in the voluntary dismissals of many matters, judicial dismissals at early stages, favorable settlements, and ultimate victories at trial. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Mr. Boone is admitted to practice in Mississippi, U.S. District Court Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, Supreme Court of Mississippi and the U.S. District Court Western District of Texas.
