Mark David Hess
is a partner in the law firm of Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense and coverage litigation defense of extracontractual claims, and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Birmingham and American bar associations, Defense Research Institute, American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel, and Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, where he chairs the ADLA's Amicus Curiae Committee. Mr. Hess earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Alabama at Huntsville; and his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Steven C. Corhern
is a partner with Balch & Bingham LLP in their Birmingham office. He focuses on insurance coverage, mass torts, and class actions. He often helps policyholders prepare claims and regularly advises businesses on the insurance requirements and indemnity provisions in their contracts. Steven has also represented numerous organizational clients in "bet the company" litigation involving product defects, PFAS contamination, and civil rights statutes. He actively practices in both state and federal courts in Alabama and has handled appeals to the Alabama Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit.

T. Brannon Parker
is a shareholder in Maynard Nexsen's insurance and financial services litigation practice group. He represents insurance and financial services companies in a variety of complex litigation matters. Mr. Parker's practice focuses primarily on defending life, disability, and property/casualty insurers against claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and bad faith failure to pay/investigate. He regularly represents and advises clients on matters involving insurance coverage, insurance and securities sales practices, fraudulent insurance claims, and rescission actions based on misrepresentations in the procurement process. Mr. Parker also has extensive experience defending brokerage firms against claims relating to suitability, churning, and other alleged sales practice violations. In addition to his work in the insurance and financial services arena, he has represented the firm's business clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. Mr. Parker earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law; and his B.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck LLP in the Phoenix office. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Offenhartz earned his B.S. degree in public administration from the University of Arizona and his master's and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona; Southern District Court, District of Arizona; and Southern Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
