Maria Theoharidis
is the founder of Mid-America Law Firm, LLC. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern districts of Missouri; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth and Tenth circuits; and all courts in the state of Missouri. Ms. Theoharidis is also certified by the Supreme Court of Missouri for Guardians Ad Litem in Missouri Juvenile and Family Court Matters. She is a member of The Missouri Bar, The Missouri Bar Solo and Small Firm Committee, The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Kansas City Missouri Bar Association Young Lawyers Society, The Clay County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and National Association of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. Ms. Theoharidis earned her B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas and her J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Melissa Losch
is an attorney at McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, where she guides school boards and other public entities through complex challenges and disputes over constitutional law and discrimination claims, special education issues, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) concerns, and allegations of Title VII and Title IX violations. In addition, she helps business employers resolve and strategize issues on a variety of employment law matters and related litigation. Ms. Losch received her B.A. degree, cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University and her J.D. degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and National School Board Association. Ms. Losch is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

is the founder of the Law Office of Emma Hemness PA, located in the Tampa Bay area where she focuses her practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning and special needs law. She is board-certified in elder law by The Florida Bar, and is also nationally board-certified as a CELA by the National Elder Law Foundation. Ms. Hemness is a member of the Public Policy Task Force, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Special Needs Alliance. She has been accredited by the Veterans Administration since 2008.
