Speaker bio
Oscar A. Sanchez
is a frequent presenter on the topic of professional ethics. He currently serves on the Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar, and he is a past-chair of The Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Mr. Sanchez is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit and appellate mediator, a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator, and is on the roster of the American Arbitration Association Master Mediators Panel. He is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals. Before founding his statewide mediation firm OAS Mediation, he was an equity partner in an AMLaw 100 law firm. Mr. Sanchez is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning membership in the Order of the Coif.

Robert C. Meyer
is a sole practitioner in Miami, where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and taxation. A former adjunct professor teaching bankruptcy taxation in the LL.M. taxation program at the University of Miami Law School, he has written and co-written a number of publications, including "Accelerated Payment in Chapter 13 = Modification," The Florida Bar Journal, Nov. 2011, Vol 85, No. 9, "Bankruptcy Service of Process is Complex and Confusing," NABTalk, Fall 2012, Volume 28, No. 3, and "Divorce Issues in Bankruptcy Often Make Handling Divorce Matters Advantageous," ABI Committee News (Consumer Bankruptcy Committee), February 2017. Mr. Meyer earned his B.A. degree from Grinnell College and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Coral Gables, Miami-Dade County, and American bar associations; The Florida Bar (member, sections on Business and Tax); the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida; the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees; the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Oscar R. Rivera
is the chairman Siegfried Rivera's real estate/corporate practice group. His practice focuses on real property and corporate law, representing numerous developers, investment companies, business owners, municipalities, lenders, retailers and management companies throughout the United States and Latin America. Since 1981, Mr. Rivera has handled a broad range of matters involving the development, leasing and financing of various classes of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use properties. His expertise lies in acquisition and sales, leasing, contract/lease enforcement and evictions, loan transactions, foreclosures and workouts. Mr. Rivera is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

is a solo practitioner based in Polk County, Florida, specializing in real estate, contract law, consumer disputes, and criminal defense. With nearly a decade of experience, she has built a strong reputation for providing dedicated representation while prioritizing her clients' needs. Before starting her law firm during the pandemic, Ms. Constant served as a public defender for over 4 years. She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. Ms. Constant is also active in community initiatives and is a member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board), the Wilson Inn of Court, the Polk Association for Women Lawyers (PAWL), and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (CFAWL).
