is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid, helping victims of domestic abuse and low-income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota; and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Eisen is a certified divorce mediator and has been appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children in custody disputes. is a partner with Maddox & Gerock, P.C., in Falls Church, Virginia. She focuses her practice in the areas of family law and appellate litigation. Ms. Gorgone handles all areas of family law, from custody to child support to property distribution. Ms. Gorgone has particular experience and interest in complex custody cases. She has handled cases involving allegations of domestic violence, substance abuse, and sexual abuse. Ms. Gorgone has successfully litigated relocation cases as well as assisted both mothers and fathers in obtaining shared or primary custody of their children. To her, the most rewarding aspect of practicing law is the challenge of problem-solving; and she strives to help families develop and effectuate a plan that will not only address their immediate needs, but provide them with peace of mind for the future. Ms. Gorgone is adept at determining what cases are ripe for alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or settlement conferences, however, when a case must be tried in court, she is able to effectively and comprehensively prepare and deliver strong oral advocacy on behalf of her client and their family. She graduated from The University of Mary Washington with a B.A. degree, and obtained her J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law with a concentration in litigation. While attending George Mason, Ms. Gorgone was an active member of the Moot Court Team, where she won first place in the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition. Ms. Gorgone is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Fairfax County Bar Association, and serves on the Board for the Northern Virginia Women's Attorney Association. Ms. Gorgone also has volunteers as a judge for local law school mock trial events, hosts courtroom tours for Fairfax County middle school students, and speaks at local middle schools about the legal profession. In 2017, she was named by Super Lawyers as a Virginia Rising Star in the practice area of family law, and she has remained a Rising Star each year since.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
