is an attorney with Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian. She practices in the areas of estate planning, asset protection and business law. Ms. Lewis works with clients to plan and implement strategies to transfer family wealth and accomplish personal goals in a tax efficient manner. She advises fiduciaries in regards to the administration of trusts and estates. The transactional side of Ms. Lewis's practice includes drafting, negotiating and advising clients on all types of documents and agreements; including shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, by-laws, association agreements, consulting agreements, noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements, representation agreements, management services agreements, leases, franchise agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements and other agreements, and documents used in the operation of her clients' businesses. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.
