Speaker bio
Ryan P. Sayler
has built his career upon advocating for children and helping families safely manage challenging situations. He began his work counseling and caring for youth to help them work through mental and behavioral issues, so that they could heal and move beyond past issues. Through this experience, Mr. Sayler saw first-hand how important support and security is for our youth, which made him passionate about advocating for children and helping families better communicate and function together. After spending six years in the social work field as a counselor and mental health worker, he found himself wanting to make a bigger impact. Now in the family law field, Mr. Sayler is able to apply his knowledge and commitment toward helping families navigate through difficult circumstances so they can move forward with their lives. He is skilled at identifying areas of leverage in negotiation, and encourages clients toward a favorable outcome prior to litigation. Mr. Sayler's efficient and adaptable approach serves his clients well when it is necessary to take their case to the courtroom. He practices family law throughout central Pennsylvania, including Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, York, Adams and Franklin counties. Mr. Sayler earned his bachelor's degree in youth development psychology from North Central University. He went on to earn his law degree from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he still remains involved consulting the Community Law Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Sayler's experience with public speaking, legal drafting and creative research serve as a tremendous benefit to his clients and their cases.

Amanda C. Frett
is an associate attorney at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP, where she is a member of the family law department. Prior to joining Obermayer, Ms. Frett clerked for the Honorable C. Phillip Nichols, Jr. for the Circuit Court of Prince George's County, Maryland and then spent several years in boutique law firms in Rockville, Maryland (just outside of Washington, DC). She is a proud member of the PBA Family Law Section and Bucks County Bar Association. Ms. Frett is also trained in collaborative law. She earned her J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law and her bachelor's degrees in psychology and government from the College of William and Mary.

Ashley E. Rundell
is an associate attorney at The Lynch Law Group in the Family Law Practice Group. With her strong background in family law and criminal defense, she is committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to clients navigating some of life's most challenging circumstances. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ms. Rundell distinguished herself as a dedicated student and leader. She served as the editor-in-chief of the Pittsburgh Tax Review, honing her analytical and writing skills. Ms. Rundell's talents shone in various competitions, including winning the Murray S. Love Mock Trial Competition in both 2019 and 2020, and being a national finalist in the ABA Section of Employment and Labor Law's Trial Advocacy Program. Her commitment to academic excellence earned her numerous accolades, including the Dean's Scholarship, the W. Edward Sell and Cordelia F. Sell Scholarship, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in multiple courses. Before joining The Lynch Law Group, Ms. Rundell gained valuable experience at several prominent Pittsburgh law firms. At another firm, she focused on complex family law matters, representing clients in divorce, child custody, support, and protection from abuse cases.

Thomas M. Clark
is currently a shareholder with Tucker Arensberg. Tucker Arensberg is a Pittsburg based law firm. In 2022, Attorney Clark made the transition to the Tucker Arensberg Harrisburg office in order start a Family Law division. A graduate of College Misericordia, Attorney Clark received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law. He is a former Senior Deputy Public Defender with the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office. While working there, Tom was able to litigate numerous felony cases before both judges and juries. Following his stint in the Public Defender's Office, Attorney Clark transitioned and focused on the practice of Family Law. In his practice of Family Law, Attorney Clark serves clients in York, Dauphin, Cumberland, and surrounding counties. Practicing in all areas of family law including child support, custody, and property division, Attorney Clark is a respected litigator and negotiator. While he excels at getting results for clients through settlement, he is prepared to fight diligently for clients in court when necessary. Attorney Clark is committed to helping clients reach the finish line and utilizes his experience in setting realistic expectations in order to get there. Attorney Clark is passionate about Family Law and has successfully represented families for over two decades. As an experienced family lawyer, Tom takes a client-focused perspective to identify and develop the best strategy for the individual client while frankly answering their questions and offering a thorough and realistic expectation of outcome.

Robert T. Repko
is the founding partner of Repko Law, LLC in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where he has built a successful practice focusing on representing individuals in matters related to divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and protection from abuse. He received his B.A. degree from College Misericordia (now Misericordia University) and his J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law, now of the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Repko served as an Assistant District Attorney in both Monroe and Bucks Counties, where he gained significant trial experience prosecuting both jury trials and bench trials. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College, teaching such classes as Real Estate Fundamentals and Business Law. Mr. Repko remains very active within the legal profession, having served as the Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the Bucks County Bar Association, Chair of the Finance Committee and Chair of the Bench Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Association's Diversity Committee, Family Law Section and Criminal Law Section, and has previously served as Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyer's Division. He also belongs to the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Membership Development and Quality of Life Committees, is a Delegate to the PBA House of Delegates, and is a member of both the Family Law and Solo and Small Practice Sections. In addition, Mr. Repko is actively involved in his community, where he serves on the Board of the Corporate Business Partnership panel for the James A. Michener Museum, previously served on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Opportunity Council, was the League Director and coach for the Doylestown Athletic Association 12U girls softball program, and was a Parish Religious Education Program (P.R.E.P.) Teacher for his parish. Mr. Repko is also currently the Solicitor for Bucks County Health Services, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
