William Kenneth C. Dippel
formed his own plaintiffs' firm in 1994, specializing in product liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability. From 1994 to present, the vast majority of his work has been representing families who have suffered catastrophic injuries, although the firm is occasionally called upon to represent select defendants in unique trial circumstances. Mr. Dippel's former employment experience includes work at the Dallas defense firm of Strasburger and Price from 1983 to 1994, where he progressed from associate to full equity partner. The focus of his work was as regional counsel in defending high stakes product liability litigation for automotive and other manufacturers. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Dippel began publishing his legal works while still in law school and has continued to the present. In 1996, he became board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law. Mr. Dippel also holds an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell signifying "very high to preeminent legal ability," as well as the highest possible ranking for ethics. In 2004 and successive years, he was selected as one of the Preeminent Lawyers in the U.S. While his practice focuses in all counties of Texas, Mr. Dippel also has practiced in jurisdictions around the country, and has actively been involved in litigation in California, Washington State, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Tennessee and Florida. He has recently been admitted to the Third Circuit and Eleventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Dippel also negotiated one of the larger Texas premises liability settlements. His client has appeared on Good Morning America, NBC Dateline, and other national media programs, to educate sexual assault victims and encourage reporting of these crimes. He was also trial co-counsel in one of the first premature deployment airbag cases tried, a 23 million dollar verdict. Mr. Dippel is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has lectured at the Texas Trial Lawyers Association "Advanced Products Liability" course, the State Bar of Texas "Advanced Personal Injury" seminar, and the State Bar College Spring Training School.

Rachel V. Rose
, JD, MBA, successfully advises and represents clients on healthcare, cybersecurity, securities, qui tam compliance, transactional litigation, and government enforcement matters. She is an affiliated member with the Baylor College of Medicine's Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy, where she teaches bioethics. Ms. Rose is often quoted as an expert. In addition to being extensively published and a sought-after presenter and quoted expert, she holds an M.B.A. degree, with minors in healthcare and entrepreneurship, from Vanderbilt University; and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated with various honors, including the National Scribes Award. Ms. Rose also attained a certificate in negotiation and leadership from Harvard University. She is licensed in Texas, and is a fellow of the Federal Bar Association. Currently, Ms. Rose serves as a director on the FBA's National Board. She is a member of and the immediate past chair of the Federal Bar Association's Government Relations Committee, member of the Advisory Board of the Federal Bar Association's Qui Tam Section, co-editor of the American Health Lawyers Association's Enterprise Risk Management Handbook for Healthcare Entities (2nd Edition), and a co-author of the ABA's books The ABCs of ACOs and What Are International HIPAA Considerations? Ms. Rose is extensively published and presents on a variety of matters related to her practice. She has been named consecutively to the Texas Bar College, National Women Trial Lawyers Association's Top 25, Houstonia Magazine's Top Lawyers (healthcare law), National Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100 and The Nation's Top One Percent. Ms. Rose was awarded 1st Healthcare Compliance's 2019 and 2022 Top Presenter Award. In 2023, she was selected for Super Lawyers (healthcare). Cindy G. Cole Ettingoff
is an attorney with Ettingoff Law and Mediation. She is engaged in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law practice and has represented employers, employees, and unions in litigation, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Ettingoff is a Rule 31 general civil mediator, family mediator, and mediator trainer, CPR mediator, FINRA mediator, and is listed on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Mediator/Dispute Resolution Panel. She is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association's ADR Section, immediate past president of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators, and member of the Mid-South Community and Justice Center Board. Ms. Ettingoff is a member of the American Bar Association (ADR, Labor and Employment Law, and Civil Rights and Social Justice sections), and served as a case reviewer for the FLSA, FLMA, or workers' compensation subsections' 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2021/2022 midwinter publications. Ms. Ettingoff earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

E. Clarke Dummit
founded Dummit in 1991 in Winston Salem, North Carolina, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law with a focus on driving while impaired and drug cases. His firm has expended to four offices across the triad of North Carolina with different teams of attorneys and paralegals focusing on Criminal law, Immigration Law, Civil Litigation and Domestic Litigation. The firm regularly affiliates with other firms to help them litigate cases in both criminal and civil trials. Mr. Dummit is a frequent lecturer on various issues relating to criminal law, including driving while impaired. Mr. Dummit is admitted to practice in North Carolina as well as before federal courts. He has been a member of the Forsyth County and North Carolina bar associations, Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Dummit earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University.
