Phillip A. Geigle
is a member of Geigle | Morales LLC in Denver, Colorado. He has a diverse litigation practice that focuses on criminal defense, plaintiff-side civil litigation, business litigation, and domestic litigation. In Mr. Geigle's career, he has tried many high-profile cases to juries, including homicide, embezzlement, securities fraud, and violations of the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act (COCCA), to name a few. In his career, he has tried over sixty cases to verdict. Mr. Geigle is perennially peer-rated as AV-Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell and a Super Lawyer in the area of white-collar criminal defense. In domestic litigation, he represents individuals involved in dissolution proceedings involving significant assets and, in many instances, emotionally charged circumstances. Prior to forming Geigle | Morales LLC, Mr. Geigle served as a senior deputy district attorney at the Denver District Attorney's Office in specialty assignments with the Family Violence and the Economic Crime units. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Arkansas.

Courtney Fretwell
is the producer and host of Forensic Tales, a weekly true crime podcast. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Science, and a M.S. in Forensic Psychology. Ms. Fretwell's experience includes working with blood spatter and fingerprints at the Northamptonshire Police Department's crime lab. She also worked in various positions at the Orange County Superior Court, including Collaborative Court, which is a specialized court that offers alternative sentences and treatment to offender's suffering from serious mental illness and drug/alcohol misuse. Ms. Fretwell has conducted extensive research on violent crimes, mass shooters, and the death penalty. Her podcast Forensic Tales covers the forensic science and psychology behind true crime cases.

Anne Marie Schubert
is the founder and President of Schubert Strategies, a Sacramento based firm, specializing in a wide variety of consultation services. Anne Marie is a nationally recognized public safety leader, having spent 32 years as a career prosecutor and Elected District Attorney. While Anne Marie may be best known for the successful investigation, arrest and conviction of the Golden State Killer, Anne Marie's passion, persistence and determination in the pursuit of justice led her to become one of the nation's most respected and effective public safety and policy advocates. As an Elected District Attorney and career prosecutor, Anne Marie developed an impeccable reputation both in the courtroom and in the community. Her decades of experience in forensic DNA and cold cases has gained her international recognition. Her experience in high profile cases, crisis management and public speaking has resulted in leaders across the globe seeking her consultation.

Jason Silva
is the managing director of Cornerstone Discovery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been admitted in state and federal courts as a digital forensic expert. Mr. Silva graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the College of Engineering. He is an ACE Certified Forensic Examiner and an admitted expert, testifying in both depositions and courtrooms in the area of digital forensics. Mr. Silva works alongside Cornerstone's executive team to strategically develop new services and software applications. He was responsible for the development and successful launch of Cornerstone's e-discovery software solution, Junto.net. Mr. Silva is passionate about educating others in the many aspects of Digital Forensics; has lectured at Widener Law School, Drexel University and Wilmington University, and taken part in various CLE panel discussions at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other venues. He has been featured in various publications including Legal IT Professionals, Philly.com news articles, and The Tech Gazette, Cornerstone's forensic and e-discovery blog.
