Erik Heninger
is a partner with the firm of Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC, where he focuses his practice in representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation ranging from breach of contract to wrongful death. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, The Mississippi Bar, State Bar of Georgia, Birmingham Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association of Justice and the Alabama Association of Justice. Mr. Heninger is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a former President of the Alabama Association of Justice. He also serves as a Tenth Circuit bar commissioner for the Alabama State Bar and on the Executive Committee of the Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Heninger earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.

Taylor Hill
is an attorney Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury litigation. Ms. Hill earned her B.A. degree from University of Georgia and her J.D. degree from University of Miami School of Law. Upon graduation, she was nominated and inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society for graduating law students and practicing attorneys who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing. Ms. Hill is admitted to practice in Florida.

Jamie S. Lane
is a partner with Amundsen Davis in Chicago, Illinois. For the last 33 years, he has successfully litigated high exposure and regulatory compliance matters for clients across the U.S. Mr. Lane has tried nearly 100 jury cases to verdict. He practices in the areas of commercial transportation and general liability litigation, serving clients in the transportation industry dealing with personal injury claims, risk assessment, best practices, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT requirements. Mr. Lane has achieved successful defense verdicts in matters involving total disability, traumatic brain injury and spoliation of evidence. As a member of the firm's Transportation Rapid Response Team, he is responsible for coordinating the securing of evidence, experts, and responding to catastrophic losses throughout Illinois and the Midwest. Mr. Lane also performs monitoring work as appointed counsel at the request of motor carriers, insurers, excess insurers, and corporations concerning catastrophic and complex losses. He is Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ rated and has been selected to the Illinois Super Lawyers list several times and the Best Lawyers List for 2025.

Brian D. Greenwald
is the medical director of Rehabilitation Specialists. He is the associate fellowship director for JFK Johnson's Brain Injury Medicine fellowship. Dr. Greenwald is a professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Greenwald was fellowship-trained in brain injury rehabilitation at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is board-certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation and brain injury medicine. Dr. Greenwald has served on the Board of Trustees for the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey since 2002 and is currently the vice president. He has been the recipient of multiple awards for his clinical work, research and teaching. Since 2009, Dr. Greenwald has recognized by his peers through the Castle Connolly surveys as one of the Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area.He has been extensively published in both peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in the area of brain injury rehabilitation. Currently Dr. Greenwald is involved in research studies to improve the care of brain injury survivors.

Justin B. Jones
is a senior partner with Fee, Smith & Sharp, LLP. He focuses his practice in civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on bad faith and insurance litigation, commercial litigation, construction liability and defect litigation, products defect litigation, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Jones' experience includes representation of individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 100 companies from pre-litigation through trial. He has represented clients in both state and federal court and has counseled clients in varying capacities in over thirty Texas counties. He earned his J.D. degree at Tulane University Law School.
