is an attorney at the firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. Her practice areas include foreclosures, loan restructuring, creditors' rights, collection, and bankruptcy. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and has mediated for Maine's Foreclosure Diversion program. She has written several articles for American Bar Association publications and has also published a book, Movie Therapy for Law Students. Ms. Buck has been adjunct faculty at Kaplan University, where she has taught paralegal and business classes. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.

is the managing partner of the Michigan litigation and defense, and real estate divisions of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, where he focuses his practice in consumer and commercial finance defense litigation, commercial banking, business, and real property matters in both federal and state courts. He is part of the integrated real estate default group, and handles complex legal foreclosure and title issues, as well as state law foreclosure compliance. Mr. Best has presented on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau legislation and requirements, and Michigan foreclosure and collection law. He is a member of the Oakland Bar Association, Greater Detroit Bar Association, and the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Best earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Detroit College of Law.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
