Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida; and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Timothy Kenison
is a civil trial attorney with GOLDLAW-Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A. He plays a vital role in prosecuting medical negligence cases, as well as other complex personal injury claims on behalf of the firm's clients. Mr. Kenison earned his B.S. degree from University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, and admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney. He has represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. Mr. Ostermiller is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He served on the Kentucky Bar Association's Ethics 2000 Committee, which proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct to the KBA, and resulted in the July 2009 revisions to the ethics rules. Mr. Ostermiller earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.

Markus M. Kamberger
is of senior counsel at Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Mr. Kamberger's legal practice focuses on personal injury, products liability, commercial litigation, and class action litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Florida International University and his J.D. degree from Florida International University College of Law.

Glen H. Waldman
is a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP where he leads the firm's award-winning litigation practice in Miami and is recognized as one of the top civil jury trial lawyers regionally and nationally. As lead counsel he has obtained numerous jury verdict awards in the seven and eight figures and has successfully defended to zero verdict claims of equal size. Mr. Waldman has also achieved similar results in non-jury actions and has secured numerous substantial international arbitration awards in both commercial and reinsurance matters. Likewise, he acts as outside corporate counsel for a number of businesses, advising on and overseeing their contractual relationships, internal controls and procedures, and other legal and strategic decisions. Mr. Waldman focuses his civil trial practice of over 35 years on complex business, commercial, real estate, construction, land use, and probate litigation matters. He has successfully tried cases to verdict ranging from relatively standard fraud, contractual, partnership and construction disputes, both in the U.S. and internationally, to the more esoteric involving, among others, combustion turbines in El Salvador; theft of a business involving a complicit bank in Colombia; citrus canker in Homestead; defeating claims in Pontiac, Michigan, involving the recall of an entire car line by one of the big four car manufacturers; and fighting over control of a large private equity firm in Delaware Business Court. Mr. Waldman earned his B.A. degree from University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. degree from University of Miami, and his M.B.A. degree from University of Miami.

Patrick S. Montoya
is a senior partner in the Miami law firm of Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman PLLC, with multiple multi-million dollar verdicts to his credit. His practice areas include class action, wrongful death, complex commercial litigation, product liability, medical malpractice, and general personal injury litigation. Mr. Montoya served as an instructor in the University of Miami Paralegal Program and as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law in the legal research and writing program. He is former president of the Miami Chapter of the American Inns of Court and currently is on the Board of Directors for the Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Montoya frequently lectures for The Florida Bar and other professional groups at continuing legal education programs related to products liability, electronic discovery, medical malpractice, ethical, discovery issues, and other issues related to his practice. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, and the Dade County and American bar associations. Mr. Montoya earned his B.A. degree from Davidson College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
