Melissa Benson

is a dedicated advocate for justice. She brings to her family law practice an extensive background, having been involved with the Arizona criminal justice system since 2007. Ms. Benson has been a victim advocate, a probation officer and a sex crimes and domestic violence prosecutor. She is certified mediator. Ms. Benson is co-chair of the firm's Women's Initiative. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in criminal justice, with a minor in sociology from Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006. In 2013, Ms. Benson graduated with honors from Arizona Summit Law School, where she served on the Arizona Summit Law Review. Since law school, she has practiced family law, personal injury, and civil litigation in a private firm in Arizona. Ms. Benson most recently served in the Access to Justice Division of Davis Miles.
