Frank X. Wukovits
practices with the firm's tech, privacy and data innovations group, and corporate & securities group. He dedicates his practice to working with entities at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies, ranging from startups, emerging growth companies, private companies and Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate VCs, family offices, and angel investors that invest in those companies. Mr. Wukovits works with entities across the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic planning and decision making prior to formation, governance, corporate counseling, venture capital, debt and equity financings, series funding, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and integration. He regularly advises on, negotiates, and drafts a myriad of agreements involving application development, end user licenses, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS), secure cloud computing, mobile computing, information technology, data licensing, e-commerce, AdTech, marketing tech, and healthcare with service providers, vendors, partners, developers, business associates, manufacturers, suppliers, customers and other entities. Mr. Wukovits also dedicates his practice to the ever-evolving arena of privacy and security, advising clients on complex matters involving corporate compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and forensics. This includes identifying and mitigating risks to an organization's core business functions; leading vulnerability and risk assessments; investigating and responding to data breaches; protecting organizational assets and systems; and implementing effective security protocols, policies, and procedures. His speaking engagements include presentations for board members, executives, in-house counsel, managers, industry experts, attorneys, and law students in the realm of data security and privacy, risk management, current and trending issues, threat analysis, cost benefit analysis, and compliance. Prior to joining CSG Law, Mr. Wukovits litigated complex disputes in federal, state, appellate, and arbitration proceedings ranging from contract disputes to class actions and federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in data privacy & security. Mr. Wukovits also earned his Masters of Engineering from The George Washington University - School of Engineering and Applied Science, with a concentration in cybersecurity policy and compliance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colgate University.

Morgan Jones
is an associate in the firm's corporate practice group and a member of the emerging growth companies and venture capital group. He represents early- and growth-stage technology companies through all stages of the technology lifecycle, from structuring, formation, financing, licensing, and data privacy matters through exit. Mr. Jones works closely with companies to launch and develop products, build customers and scale, acquire technology assets, and negotiate customer deals and strategic partnerships. He also advises small and mid-cap companies on M&A, joint venture, and strategic investment matters. As a certified information privacy professional (CIPP), the ANSI-accredited gold standard in privacy certification, he frequently advises companies on legal and operational compliance with various privacy laws, including the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) among others, both in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Jones earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law with an intellectual property concentration and his B.S. degree from Rutgers University School of Engineering.

Rachel V. Rose
, JD, MBA, successfully advises and represents clients on healthcare, cybersecurity, securities, qui tam compliance, transactional litigation, and government enforcement matters. She is an affiliated member with the Baylor College of Medicine's Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy, where she teaches bioethics. Ms. Rose is often quoted as an expert. In addition to being extensively published and a sought-after presenter and quoted expert, she holds an M.B.A. degree, with minors in healthcare and entrepreneurship, from Vanderbilt University; and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated with various honors, including the National Scribes Award. Ms. Rose also attained a certificate in negotiation and leadership from Harvard University. She is licensed in Texas and is a fellow of the Federal Bar Association. Currently, Ms. Rose serves as a director on the FBA's National Board. She is a member of and the immediate past chair of the Federal Bar Association's Government Relations Committee, member of the Advisory Board of the Federal Bar Association's Qui Tam Section, co-editor of the American Health Lawyers Association's Enterprise Risk Management Handbook for Healthcare Entities (2nd Edition), and a co-author of the ABA's books The ABCs of ACOs and What Are International HIPAA Considerations? Ms. Rose is extensively published and presents on a variety of matters related to her practice. She has been named consecutively to the Texas Bar College, National Women Trial Lawyers Association's Top 25, Houstonia Magazine's Top Lawyers (healthcare law), National Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100 and The Nation's Top One Percent. Ms. Rose was awarded 1st Healthcare Compliance's 2019 and 2022 Top Presenter Award. In 2023, she was selected for Super Lawyers (healthcare). Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.

is a partner with ArentFox Schiff LLP in Chicago, Illinois. He is a trial lawyer with a national practice focused on the law governing confidential business and personal information, and the IT systems used to store, analyze and transmit that data. Mr. Prewitt is co-leader of the firm's privacy, data protection, and data security group. He earned his B.A. degree from Delta State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from University of Chicago Law School.
