is a tax partner at the law firm of Mayer Brown. His professional practice focuses on the tax consequences of a variety of capital markets products and strategies and emerging asset classes, including over-the-counter derivative transactions, swaps, tax-exempt derivatives and working with credit funds, offshore insurance companies, cannabis businesses and hedge funds. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Mr. Leeds was a partner at another International law firm, served as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, general counsel of a credit derivative company and, prior to that, he was a partner at Deloitte, where he led the Capital Markets Tax Practice. Mr. Leeds earned his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Binghamton, his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.

is a CPA, office managing partner, and managing partner with CohnReznick LLP. He has more than 19 years of experience in public accounting serving clients in attestation, accounting, and tax advisory roles. In addition to leading the cannabis practice, Mr. Harlow serves as co-practice director for the DC metro tax practice. He has extensive experience across multiple real estate-related industries including homebuilding, land development, residential management, commercial management, and land engineering. Within the Cannabis industry, Mr. Harlow advises clients throughout the supply chain ranging from independent operators to vertically integrated operators in the largest legal cannabis markets in the country. Additionally, he serves as a practice leader in the firm's hospitality practice, where he works with privately-owned hotel and restaurant companies. Mr. Harlow is a certified public accountant in the state of Maryland. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from North Carolina State University and his Master of Accounting from North Carolina State University.
