Patrick Richel
is an attorney at Amundsen Davis LLC. He defends clients in breach of contract issues, indemnity disputes and insurance liability matters. Mr. Richel also counsels clients in risk mitigation. His previous experience working at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases gives him an insight into how the other side strategizes. Mr. Richel earned his B.A. degree from University of Notre Dame and J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Richard A. Greifinger
is an attorney and principal of the Law Offices of Richard A. Greifinger, in Newark, New Jersey. He was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney in 1985 and recertified periodically ever since. Mr. Greifinger focuses his practice in a variety of disciplines, including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, workers' compensation, invalidation of Last Will and Testament, breach of restrictive covenant, breach of trade secrets, breach of contract, commercial fraud, insurance fraud, pension fraud, consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, fire loss, criminal, and dissolution of marriage. He earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

H. Asby Fulmer, III
is a sole practitioner of the Fulmer Law Firm, LLC in Summerville, South Carolina, with offices in both South Carolina and North Carolina. His practice areas include automobile accidents, premise liability, medical malpractice, workers' compensation and catastrophic injuries. Along with numerous brain injury cases, Mr. Fulmer has litigated cases not only in South Carolina, but multiple other states as well. He is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is a member of the Dorchester County Bar Association. Mr. Fulmer earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina.

Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an attorney with Kahana Feld. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. is an equity partner at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., and a leading authority in court cases involving personal injuries. He manages the firm's personal injury practice for the offices in Volusia and Brevard counties. Recently, Mr. Haring secured a ten-million-dollar recovery in a case that the big-box law firms had turned down. His persistence and hard work pay off in excellent results for his clients. Mr. Haring also served as a prosecutor in the 18th Judicial Circuit in Seminole County. There, he sharpened his skills in court, gaining an in-depth understanding of the legal processes in Central Florida. This expertise enables Mr. Haring to navigate complex legal situations, achieving the best possible results for his clients. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Florida International University College of Law.
