Richard F. Hawkins, III
is the principal of The Hawkins Law Firm PC. His practice areas include ERISA, ERISA litigation, labor and employment, noncompete litigation, employment litigation, appellate practice, employee benefits, pension plans, disability benefits, life and health insurance, insurance, and defamation. Mr. Hawkins has been selected to the Virginia Rising Stars by Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine in employee benefits/ERISA; he is regularly named to Virginia Business Magazine's Legal Elite in labor and employment, and he has been named in the Best Lawyers in America in the area of employment law – individual since 2020. He is also a frequent speaker on all aspects of state and federal employment law. He is a member of the Virginia, Richmond and American Bar Associations. Mr. Hawkins earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the College of William & Mary; and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia.

Susan M. Gorey
is an attorney at Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on multistate advice and counseling, where she assists clients of all sizes and industries with customized compliance solutions, utilizing clients' technologies to leverage robust, cost-efficient remedies that serve varying employee populations. Ms. Gorey also provides practical day-to-day counseling and litigation avoidance strategies on HR issues such as hiring, terminations, accommodations, leaves, and wage and hour issues; and is a frequent speaker on a variety of employment law topics. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Houston-Clear Lake; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from McKinney School of Law. Ms. Gorey is a civil and family law mediator of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31, certified life coach (The Adult Chair Model with Michelle Chalfant), and certified divorce coach. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana.

Robin G. Remley
is an attorney at the Law Office of Robin Remley LLC. She represents individuals who have been severely injured due to the negligence of others, employees who have been harassed or discriminated against or who have been denied wages by an employer; individuals who have endured police brutality or civil rights violations; those charged with crimes who are facing serious consequences; and others who genuinely need someone to fight for them. Ms. Remley earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University and her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.
