Speaker bio
William Neinast
is an attorney with Nelson Mullins. His focus is on litigation, products liability, professional liability, and commercial litigation and business torts. Mr. Neinast is admitted to practice in South Carolina, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Skyler Tanner
is a member of Parr Brown's Business and Finance, Real Estate, and Bankruptcy, Workouts and Creditors' Rights groups. He counsels clients on loan and collateral structuring, workout, and bankruptcy issues. His work includes commercial and industrial loans, equipment and real estate financing, agricultural loans, and aircraft security interests. Skyler has extensive experience negotiating and documenting secured financing transactions, including revolving credit, term credit and syndicated credit facilities for banks and other lenders. He also handles foreclosure and receivership matters on behalf of clients. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tanner worked for Lane Powell PC in the Pacific Northwest, and previously clerked for all three judges of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. Mr. Tanner is a member of the Utah, Oregon, Washington, and New York State Bars. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University. Skyler has been recognized as a Rising Star by Oregon Super Lawyers since 2015 for his creditors' rights experience. He has also been recognized in the 2022 edition of Utah Business magazine as one of Utah's Legal Elite for his work in banking and financial.

William D. Furnish
is an attorney with Osborn Maledon. He focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability, privacy and data security, and securities defense. Mr. Furnish earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Dartmouth College; and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. He was voted a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star for business litigation in 2020, and has received awards from Best Lawyers as Ones to Watch in 2021 and in commercial litigation in 2023 and 2024. Mr. Furnish is a board member of the Federal Bar Association and on the State Bar of Arizona's Fee Arbitration Advisory Group. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and New York.

Stewart L. Weisman
is partner at Centolella Law, P.C., concentrating in the areas of healthcare and employment law. He provides advice and guidance on a wide-range of matters, including physician employment and professional services agreements, office and equipment leases and purchase agreements, healthcare and employment regulatory matters under HIPAA, Stark, ADA, FMLA and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Mr. Weisman is also a seasoned litigator with broad experience in federal and state trial, bankruptcy and appellate courts, and administrative agencies. During this time period, he was a Professor of Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Studies at Cazenovia College; a civilian instructor in a police academy responsible for teaching constitutional law and risk management to cadets; and a director on the boards of the Legal Aid Society and Legal Services of Central New York not-for-profit corporations serving indigents within a thirteen-county area. Mr. Weisman is a mediator with the U.S. District Court Federal Mediation Panel and is a member of the Fifth Judicial District ADR Task force. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn College and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
