Speakers
Speaker bio
Matthew R. Carlyon
focuses his practice in areas of commercial litigation, creditor's rights, regulatory law, business reorganization, legal ethics and insurance litigation. Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, his experience includes providing bankruptcy-related litigation assistance to diverse corporate entities and financial institutions, and serving as litigation counsel in insurance subrogation matters. Mr. Carlyon also served as an assistant bar counsel in the state of Nevada, where he prosecuted allegations of attorney misconduct before disciplinary panels and the Nevada Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Columbia College and his J.D. degree from Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
