In addition to presenting on topics related to generative AI and the law, Mr. Kahn's practice also includes advising clients on AI-related legal issues and developing internal policies for the use of AI that are tailored to clients' business needs. His experience also includes litigating class actions, successfully representing individual consumer plaintiffs and large corporate defendants in class actions involving allegations of deceptive business practices. In his insurance recovery practice, Jeremy exclusively represents individual and corporate policyholders and other claimants in disputes with insurance companies, including first-party, general liability, errors & omissions, and director and officer matters, as well as related broker-negligence matters.
