Speaker bio
Ronald Fatoullah
is the chair of the firm's Elder Law Practice Group and is a partner in the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group at the law firm of Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, trusts, wills, guardianships, and estate administration. Mr. Fatoullah is the past president of the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also serves on the executive committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association, served on the executive council of AARP New York, and served as the chair of the Board of the Alzheimer's Association Long Island Chapter for ten years. Mr. Fatoullah is a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.

Ethan A. Welch
is an attorney with Hickman Lowder Lidrbauch & Welch Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianship, and probate. Mr. Welch graduated magna cum laude from Bowling Green State University and earned his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. He is a member of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Jennifer M. McInerney
is an attorney with McInerney Law, where her practice is focused in estate planning, primarily for families with special needs children. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi. Ms. McInerney is the founding member and co-president of the Board of Directors of Special Siblings, which provides support for children with special needs siblings. She currently serves as the president of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority. Ms. McInerney is a member of the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome Alabama, Shelby Humane Society and 25:35. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, as well as her M.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. McInerney earned her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.

Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney. He has represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. Mr. Ostermiller is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He served on the Kentucky Bar Association's Ethics 2000 Committee, which proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct to the KBA, and resulted in the July 2009 revisions to the ethics rules. Mr. Ostermiller earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.

Charles I. Consagra
is of counsel with Needle Law Firm, where he concentrates in the field of administrative law, with primary specialty in the areas of workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and Social Security. Since 1978, Mr. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of education, behavioral sciences, criminal justice and business law. He is an instructor in business for graduate students through Marywood University. Mr. Consagra earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He earned his Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology and his Master of Science degree in Ed from Marywood University. Mr. Consagra also holds a M.Div degree and Ph.D. degree (all but dissertations).
