Jeffrey R. Davis
has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice exclusively. After working as an associate in a plaintiff's injury firm, he formed his own practice in 1997. Mr. Davis represents victims of negligence, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security and wrongful death. He earned his undergraduate degree, with high honors, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Davis has remained involved with both The Florida Bar and voluntary bar associations throughout his career. He has served on multiple grievance committees and has acted as the chair for two terms. Mr. Davis has also served on The Florida Bar's Committee for the Unlicensed Practice of Law. He is a proud member of the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates and has served as president of ABOTA Miami. Mr. Davis is board-certified in civil trial practice. He performs service to his community by lecturing and judging competitions with the Miami-Dade County School System and various local colleges and law schools. Mr. Davis is a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute and other educational organizations.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Robert J. Kasieta
is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pre-trial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Kasieta is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh circuits, and all Wisconsin courts. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Kasieta earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.

Lawrence J. Drabot
is a shareholder with the law office of Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. in Milwaukee. He joined the firm in 2001 after practicing in Illinois for over 13 years. Mr. Drabot concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, as well as insurance coverage disputes. He has successfully defended and tried lawsuits in Wisconsin and Illinois, and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, as both an attorney and an arbitrator. Mr. Drabot has made presentations on various legal topics including multi-jurisdictional practice, mold litigation, insurance issues, construction litigation, trucking litigation, discovery and depositions, and trial preparation. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Illinois State Bar Association and Wisconsin Defense Counsel. Mr. Drabot earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School.

Steven H. Daniels
is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. He is also a court-appointed civil and personal injury arbitrator in several northern New Jersey Superior Court Counties and a court-appointed guardian in incapacity matters before the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Daniels handles motor vehicle liability, premises liability, construction law, public entity, charitable entity and non-profit entity defense. He has an active trial docket and tries numerous matters in court to conclusion. Mr. Daniels earned his B.A. degree in political science at Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Antioch University School of Law.

is the managing partner of the firm's Orlando office. He focuses his practice on auto liability, product liability, premises liability, and complex general liability matters involving wrongful death. Mr. Liebowitz has represented Fortune 500 companies in various types of matters including automotive litigation, construction law, trucking litigation general liability, premises liability, and gig economy liability. Mr. Liebowitz also has extensive experience defending clients in product liability matters, including manufacturers of automobiles, tires, sanitation vehicles, personal watercraft and boat components, ATVs, construction equipment, tank-less water heaters, ladders, personal hygiene products, law tractors and other outdoor power equipment. Mr. Liebowitz is admitted to practice in Florida.
