Gina M. Vitiello
is the chair of Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry's Construction Law practice group. She counsels public and private companies on legal matters and risk management issues that typically arise for owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in the construction industry and litigates construction disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Ms. Vitiello assists clients in drafting and negotiating construction contracts of all types, including design-build agreements, EPC agreements, subcontracts, purchase orders, commissioning agreements, energy savings performance contracts, joint venture agreements, facilities management and service agreements, and other commercial contracts. She works directly with general counsel and business executives to identify and minimize legal risks and provides practical advice to support her clients' business objectives. Ms. Vitiello advises clients on licensing and compliance issues, and provides training to sales teams and project managers about various legal issues relating to contracts and business operations. She earned her B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University and her J.D. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.

Cassie D. Preston
is senior counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. She has handled a multitude of claims implicating a party's coverage and, particularly, historically specialized in a relatively unknown sub-area of insurance law known as subrogation. Litigating matters by way of subrogation not only allowed Ms. Preston to gain intricate knowledge of the legalities surrounding insurance related disputes, but also provided the vehicle to gain particularized knowledge in complex cases involving product defects, construction defects, and other claims in tort, which caused injury to person and property, as well as contractual disputes. She also has vast experience handling plaintiffs' personal injury matters in both state and federal courts and in the states of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee. Ms. Preston earned her B.A. degree from Clayton College & State University and her J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School.

Chadd Reynolds
is an attorney at Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry, in the firm's construction law and commercial and civil litigation practice groups where he represents individual owners and corporations in a variety of complex business and construction disputes in federal and state court, arbitration, and mediation. He has represented public and private owners and subcontractors on projects ranging from single-family homes to multi-million dollar private and public construction projects. Mr. Reynolds earned his B.S. degree from Berry College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law.

Seth Price
is a shareholder at Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry. He possesses significant experience in the field of construction law. For 35 years, Mr. Price's practice has emphasized the resolution of large, complex construction contract disputes in state and federal courts and through arbitration. When resolution cannot be obtained through negotiation and/or mediation, he has successfully arbitrated and litigated cases with amounts in dispute up to $50M+. Mr. Price assists owners, contractors and subcontractors in resolving potential and actual construction disputes. He regularly represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in matters dealing with a wide range of legal issues. Mr. Price has successfully resolved cases including construction delay, lost productivity, sufficiency of performance, specification and plan interpretation, extra work, and bond claims. He additionally advises clients on contract terms and provisions, assists in contract negotiations, and provides guidance on dispute avoidance strategy. Mr. Price earned his B.A. degree from Trinity College and his J.D. degree from The National Law Center of George Washington University.

Nicole Leet
is a partner at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, LLP. She practices civil defense litigation focusing on products liability, premises liability and construction liability. An active litigator, Ms. Leet has been solo or lead counsel on multiple cases leading to a defense verdict at trial. Her practice includes defending hotels, retailers, convenience stores, general and subcontractors, and product manufacturers against claims brought at all levels. Ms. Leet has been successful in defending cases at both the trial court and appellate levels. She is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts across Georgia, including to the State Bar of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Leet earned her B.S degree from Texas A&M University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cumberland Law School.
