Minturn Wright
is a founding partner with Shannon & Wright LLP, in Alexandria, Virginia, where he primarily represents clients in real estate transactions and litigation matters. His three-plus decades of experience as a lawyer have been almost equally divided between real estate transfers and other transactions and litigation (principally real estate, tax appeals and tax sales, civil rights, and insurance defense). Mr. Wright has had experience dealing with environmental issues, business entities (corporations, limited liability companies, and the like), and patent/trademark issues, particularly licensing. He earned his B.S. degree from Yale University; and his J.D., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California. Mr. Wright is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and California.

Jennifer A. Williams
has worked in the title industry for over 34 years, starting out in Winter Park, Colorado before moving to Denver in 1993. Subsequently she worked in the Denver metro area in various capacities including title assistant, examiner, title officer, and state title manager. In 2011 Ms. Williams gained further experience working for a regional title insurance underwriter, where her responsibilities included agent underwriting support in Colorado, Utah, Minnesota, and North Dakota. She returned to Stewart in April 2021 as a member of the Western Region Underwriting team with duties in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Ms. Williams is an active member of the Land Title Association of Colorado where she serves as Vice-Chair of the Education Committee and holds their Certified Title Insurance Specialist designation. She is also an active member of the Montana Land Title Association and the Wyoming Land Title Association where she serves on the Education and Legislative Committees.

Michael R. O'Donnell
is a co-managing partner with Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, where his main area of practice is litigation, with emphasis in title insurance, financial institutions, loan work-outs, and lender liability. He has been named among the top commercial litigation lawyers in New Jersey in Best Lawyers in America®, a peer review of US lawyers. Law & Politics magazine named him one of New Jersey's Super Lawyers. Mr. O'Donnell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third circuits, and U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia.

Sheri Kanesaka
is of counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She focuses her practice on litigation involving title issues (perfection, rights, restrictions), lien security and priority disputes, bad faith title insurance claims, escrow negligence, tax liens, and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Kanesaka earned her B.A. degree from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
