is an attorney at Ansell Grimm & Aaron, P.C. in the firm's litigation department. Her practice spans a range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including commercial lease disputes, Consumer Fraud Act claims, corporate/shareholder disputes, and secured property actions. Ms. Feldman also has experience in the litigation of products liability and property damage claims, and experience representing Condominium Associations and Cooperatives. She also represents employees and employers in all aspects of employment law. Ms. Feldman holds a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and was a semi-finalist in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition. After law school, she clerked for The Honorable Lawrence M. Maron in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division. Ms. Feldman holds a B.A. degree in Law & Policy and Political Science from Dickinson College. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
