Speaker bio
Steven W. Shaw
is the principal in the SHAWLAW PLLC located in Clinton, Utah. He is a native of California and litigated there for many years; for a time acting as lead trial attorney for a firm in Silicon Valley. He also practiced in Idaho for many years and was on the board of directors if the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association for eight years. He has litigated in many states and recently returned to Utah after acting for three years as lead defense counsel in a class action suit in North Carolina. Presently, his practice is focused on insurance bad faith litigation, and to a lesser extent on real estate and corporate/business law. Mr. Shaw earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Golden Gate University. He is admitted to U.S. Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.
