Speaker bio
Shawn D. Twing
is a solo practitioner and general counsel for Infinite Health Services, LLC. His expertise lies in labor and employment law matters, business transactions and agency practice. Mr. Twing is also a writer and speaker on labor and employment issues, and hosts a labor and employment seminar annually at Wayland Baptist University. He represented Lubbock District Court Judge, Bradley Underwood in a civil action by a former court coordinator who alleged sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge. The resulting opinion of this case clarified legal standards regarding the statutory definition of "complaint" for purposes of the Labor Code's limitations provisions. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Twing is admitted to practice in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

R. Tom Hillis
is an attorney with Titus Hillis Reynolds Love, P.C., where his practice focuses on litigation, defending companies and their directors and officers. He is frequently engaged in labor and employment, and insurance defense cases throughout the country. Mr. Hillis has defended several officers in securities fraud cases, as well as many companies in employment disputes. He is an appointed adjunct settlement judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and is also on the AAA Arbitrator Panel for employment law matters. Mr. Hillis earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma, where he was Order of the Coif.

Calla J. Hackler
is a senior corporate counsel at Select Water Services, where she manages the Labor and Employment Division and Commercial contracts. Ms. Hackler serves as an Executive Advisor for Fun Town RV, LP as well. With previous experience as an attorney at Hewlett Law, PLLC/Hackler Law PLLC, Ms. Hackler specialized in civil litigation and business transactions. She earned her J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and her B.A. degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
