Sean A. Monson
is a shareholder with Parsons Behle & Latimer, where his practice emphasis is employment counseling and litigation, and real estate litigation and transactions. He has appeared before planning commissions and city councils on behalf of real estate developers regarding entitlement and zoning disputes throughout the Wasatch Front. Mr. Monson is admitted to practice in Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan.

David J. Holdsworth
is the sole practitioner with the Law Offices of David J. Holdsworth, where his main areas of practice include employment law, workers' compensation, dispute resolution and mediation, and Social Security/disability law. Mr. Holdsworth is admitted to practice in Utah and before the U.S. District Court, District of Utah; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association (Board of Directors of the Utah Chapter) and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives. D. Scott Crook
is a founding member and the managing partner of Crook Legal Group PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor, commercial litigation, appellate practice, land use, and water law. He is a member of both the Utah and Idaho state bars, and has extensive experience in both states. Mr. Crook has spoken on or written articles about employment issues, local government law, boundary law, road and access law, jury selection, law firm management, and appellate practice. He is a member of the Utah State Bar (Employment and Labor Section, Litigation Section, Solo Small Firm & Rural Practice Section, and Appellate Practice Section). He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Weber State and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University - J. Reuben Clark Law School.

is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's employment and labor law and litigation practice groups. She maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on employment litigation and counseling, and business litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Rhodes College and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. Ms. Motschiedler has been in practice since 2005.

is a partner with Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and a member of their Labor and Employment Relations Practice Group. Mr. Stelter focuses his practice on counseling and litigating in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, non-compete, trade secrets, discrimination, harassment, and other matters. He also has experience representing clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. Mr. Stelter is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Utah and before the U.S. District Courts District of Utah, Northern District of Ohio, and Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the American Bar Association, J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and the Society of Human Resource Management.
