Grant W. Morrison
is a partner with Morrison & Morrison, L.C., located in Taylorsville, where he has focused his practice on criminal defense and domestic relations law for more than 30 years. He has been Rule 8 qualified for death penalty cases and has been involved in a number of high profile criminal defense cases. Mr. Morrison is a skilled trial attorney and has established a solid reputation for cross-examination, particularly in contested child custody cases against recommendations of child custody examiners. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Morrison earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; his M.Ed. degree from the University of Utah; and his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law.

Nonie Ferguson
is the founder of Law Elevated, which has three locations in Utah. She has been dedicated to the practice of law since graduating with honors from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012. Specializing in Family Law while drawing from a rich background in Criminal Law, Nonie has a wealth of trial, litigation, and negotiation experience. Her journey began as a public defender, where she passionately defended the rights of young children and their families. During her tenure as a public defender, Nonie Ferguson spent four years immersed in the intensity of juvenile and felony criminal courtrooms, tirelessly defending the rights of the wrongly accused and their families. This early experience ignited her desire to focus her career on family law, leading to the creation of Law Elevated. Her unwavering commitment to advocacy stems from her belief that the well-being of children should always be prioritized. Nonie is admitted to practice in Florida and Utah.

Kenton Walker
is an attorney with Law Elevated. He joined Law Elevated after 20 years of being a corporate litigator with one of the world's largest law firms. Mr. Walker developed a passion for family law after volunteering his time in Utah courts assisting parties without counsel during their appearances on family law matters and decided to devote himself to developing a family law practice. His current practice focuses primarily on divorce, child custody and dispute resolution. Mr. Walker's extensive experience in the courtroom also makes him one of the go to attorneys at the firm when things get adversarial. Prior to joining Law Elevated, he represented corporate clients at trial on matters ranging from intellectual property disputes and antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical industry, constitutional challenges by death row inmates to protecting the brands of famous athletes. Mr. Walker earned a bachelor's degree in biology and sociology from Emory University, a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University and a law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Aubrey Staples
is a family law attorney with Law Elevated. Her practice focuses on everything from simple to complex divorces, custody actions, paternity matters, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adoption, and surrogacy contracts. Aubrey earned her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. During law school, she interned with Utah 3rd District Judge Holmberg and contributed significantly to framing Utah’s Domestic Relations Special Master law. Aubrey is a board member of the Standing Committee of Children and Family Law and the Park City Bar. She is also a member of the AFCC (Association of Family and Conciliation Courts). Aubrey is licensed to practice in Utah and Wyoming.

Martin T. Stolz
is an attorney with Lewis Hansen Pleshe, LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. His practice focuses on all aspects of family law and criminal defense matters, often arising from or related to family law problems. Prior to joining Lewis Hansen in 2020, Martin operated a full-service firm for eight years. He has also worked at a large firm and the Utah Attorney General's Office. Martin served for three years as the Section Chair of the Small Firm Section of the Utah State Bar and is one of few Utah attorneys to have experience litigating international child custody disputes under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. He earned his J.D. at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Jonathan L. Felt
is the founder of Felt Family Law in Syracuse, Utah. He is an experienced attorney and mediator, focused on helping families through divorce, custody disputes, adoptions, and other family law cases. Mr. Felt has served as Utah Bar Dispute Resolution Section President (2021-2022), Weber County Bar President (2020) and on the Utah Bar Young Lawyer's Committee (2015-2017). He has also received multiple awards for excellence including ABA national Top 40 Young Lawyer (2020-2021), Top Family Law Firm in Layton, UT (2021), Utah Bar Leadership Academy (2018), Utah Bar Pro Bono Young Lawyer of the Year (2017), and Clause Nobel Educator of Distinction (2010). Before Mr. Felt founded Felt Family Law, he worked from 2015 to 2016 as general counsel and document control manager for UST in Layton, Utah. He graduated from Hamline Law, magna cum laude (2014) with emphasis in mediation and dispute resolution. Mr. Felt trained as a mediator through Utah's Domestic and Basic Mediation Courses (2016), Central European University in Budapest, Hungary (2013), and the U.S. Department of Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute at Patrick AFB, Florida (2005). He finished in the Top 10 at the ABA National Moot Mediation Representation competition (2013). Prior to law school, Mr. Felt served as a high school/middle school teacher in the coastal town of Florence, Oregon (2007-2011) and as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserves (2002- 2008). He earned his Master's Degree in teaching from Western Oregon University (2005) and his Bachelor's Degree in music from Brigham Young University (1999).

has been in practice since 1996. He is the owner of Utah Family Law, LC, a firm that practices specifically in divorce and family law. Mr. Johnson is the author of West's Utah Practice Series, Volume 2, Utah Family Law, which has been published annually since 2006. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Johnson earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School.

is the founder and managing partner of RCG Law Group in South Jordan, Utah. RCG has represented thousands of individuals in divorce and family law cases. Prior to starting his firm, Ryan spent nearly 12 years focusing on family law at another firm. He earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School and his B.S. in finance at University of Utah. Ryan is a member of the AFCC Utah Chapter and the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
