Speaker bio
John A. Snow
is a shareholder with Parsons Behle & Latimer. His practice consists of general civil litigation, including commercial, professional malpractice, construction, and insurance coverage and defense. Mr. Snow is a member of the Utah State Bar; Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar; Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar; State Bar of Nevada; American Bar Association; Litigation Section, former chair of the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee (Utah State Bar); and member of the United States District Court for Utah (Technology Advisory Committee). He has been designated in The Best Lawyers in America for more than five years, in the specialties of legal malpractice law, commercial litigation and construction law. Mr. Snow has been designated in Utah Business magazine's Utah Legal Elite, in the specialties of civil litigation and construction law. He has also been designated as a Super Lawyer in the Mountain States in Super Lawyer Magazine, Mr. Snow earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University.

Darrel J. Bostwick
is the AV rated owner of, and principal attorney for, Bostwick Law, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of construction contracting, claims resolution, construction litigation and construction ADR. Mr. Bostwick is admitted to law practice in Utah and before the U.S. District Court District for the District of Utah. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association (Construction Law Section, past Chair). He is currently the chapter counsel for the Utah chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. Mr. Bostwick earned his B.S. degree in construction management from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School.

Mark B. Thornton
is an attorney with Skoubye Nielson & Johansen, LLC. His practice focuses on commercial and general litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction law, transportation law, property disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and insurance disputes. Mr. Thornton is a member of the Utah State Bar (Litigation and Construction Law sections) and is admitted to practice in both state and federal court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree, high honors, from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.

is an attorney and shareholder at Dentons Durham Jones & Pinegar, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, banking and financial litigation, construction law, construction lien law, as well as dispute resolution, purchase and sale, and real estate. Mr. Fox is a member of the Executive Committee of section chair of the Utah State Bar's Real Property Section. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Utah, his M.A. degree from Valparaiso University School of Graduate Studies and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
