Janet K. Meub
is senior counsel in the litigation and employment and labor groups of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. She has significant experience in the areas of employment and labor law, professional liability defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, toxic tort litigation, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Meub has a diversified practice that includes defending employers, healthcare providers, law enforcement and other professionals, and non-profits, at all levels of civil litigation through trial. She routinely counsels non-profit clients on employment matters including discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA and represents employers in PHRC/EEOC matters and at unemployment compensation hearings. Ms. Meub is a member of the Allegheny County, Mahoning County, Pennsylvania, Ohio and American bar associations. She has served on the Allegheny County Bar Association's Sub-Committee on Police Use of Force and is also a fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. Ms. Meub has served on the Allegheny County Bar Foundation's Attorneys Against Hunger Committee and board of directors for Focus on Renewal Sto-Rox, H.O.P.E. Network, and Pittsburgh Center for Arts & Media. She is a member of Amen Corner, 100+ Women Who Care Pittsburgh and a volunteer attorney for the Neighborhood Legal Services' Protection from Abuse Program. Ms. Meub earned her B.A., with honors from Miami University and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, as well as before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

David D. Amsbary
is a member of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, in Huntington, West Virginia and focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, arbitration and administrative matters. He has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, WV Unemployment Commission, EEOC, WV Human Rights Commission and civil litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Amsbary is a graduate of The Ohio State College of Law, and is admitted to practice in West Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina. In addition to his active litigation practice in state and federal courts, Mr. Amsbary has also served as a lecturer presenting seminars on topics including employment law, privacy issues, social media, and wage and hour law. Mr. Amsbary has served on the West Virginia State Bar Association Board of Governors, Cabell County Bar Association, West Virginia CASA Association, Huntington Little League member and president, and Cabell County Library Board of Trustees.

Scott K. Sheets
is a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a full-service, national law firm with over 700 attorneys across the country. Mr. Sheets is a partner in the firm's labor and employment department, focusing his practice on the representation of employers in the areas of labor and employment laws, employment-related litigation, and general commercial litigation. He routinely counsels and represents employers on matters of wrongful termination, workplace harassment, employment discrimination, workers' compensation, unemployment, unfair labor practices, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and OSHA citations. Mr. Sheets frequently conducts seminars and publishes materials of interest to employers and human resource professionals on such topics as internal investigations, employee discipline and job performance strategies, handbooks and policies, workplace privacy, wage and hours issues, and developments in state and federal labor and employment laws. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio and West Virginia, and before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth and Sixth circuits. Mr. Sheets earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Marshall University in history and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary, where he was Order of the Coif.

Roberta F. Green
is a member of Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC. Her practice has come to focus on employment law, energy law, state and municipal government liability (including utility and emergency services work), personal injury defense, civil rights (including the Americans with Disabilities Act and its 2008 Amendments), professional liability (including, by example, medical and psychiatric malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense), constitutional law, and appellate practice. Ms. Green's clients include individuals, corporations and political subdivisions (including cities and emergency providers such as ambulance and fire departments). Throughout her years of practice, she has handled litigations in these areas before administrative tribunals (including the West Virginia Human Rights Commission, Public Service Commission, State of West Virginia Board of Review, West Virginia Workers Compensation Commission) and before state and federal courts, both across the region and beyond. Ms. Green also has practiced repeatedly before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and has appeared on brief for the Supreme Court of the United States. She earned her B.A. degree from Colorado State University; her M.A. degree from Louisiana State University; her R.P.P.C. from Harvard University; her N.E.H. from Princeton University; her C.A.S. Mr. Sunseri is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
