Jeffrey R. Glovan
is an attorney at Vicevich Law in Helena, Montana. His practice focuses on federal and state taxes; contract drafting; wills, trusts, and estates; real property; employee benefits; executive compensation; and private equity. With 16 years of varied corporate/transactional experience, Mr. Glovan dedicates his practice to non-litigation matters. He has drafted hundreds of different legal instruments and is fluent in contracts, tax, 501(c)(3)s/nonprofits, trusts, real estate, and all manner of corporate law matters. Mr. Glovan is well-versed in tax matters faced by the individual, private sector, governmental, and tax-exempt clients. He has counseled numerous business clients regarding entity selection and structure, and the partnership and corporation tax concerns driving such decisions. Since 2000 he has proudly assisted a motley assortment of non-profit organizations with obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status. He has represented individuals and businesses embroiled in controversies with the IRS, once saving a client over $20,000 in penalties and interest. Finally, his work has included advising employers on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation agreements, and other employee benefit and ERISA issues. Mr. Glovan earned his J.D. degree at McGeorge School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation at New York University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Montana, California, and Texas.

Jason L. Harkins
is the owner of Harkins Law Firm, P.C. in Billings, Montana, where he focuses his practice on all aspects associated with estate and business planning, including but not limited to wills, trusts, probates, limited liability companies and corporations. He has previously hosted estate and business planning seminars for farmers and ranchers. Mr. Harkins has successfully worked on estate, business and ranch plans for small to large ranches during his more than 15 years of practice. He is licensed to practice law in Montana and Wyoming. Mr. Harkins earned his J.D. degree from the University of Montana and his LL.M. degree from the University of Washington.

Clifton W. Hayden
is the founder and principal of Hayden Law Offices in Whitefish, Montana. His practice covers construction, real estate, municipal law, creditor rights, and specialty lines defense litigation. Mr. Hayden's construction law practice includes contracts, negotiation, mediation and litigation. His real estate practice includes transactions, mortgages, liens, title and litigation. He earned his J.D. degree at University of Montana and his B.S. degree at Montana State University. Mr. Hayden is a member of the State Bar of Montana and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to the Montana District and Supreme courts and U.S. District Court, District of Montana.

John A. Snow
is a shareholder with Parsons Behle & Latimer. His practice consists of general civil litigation, including commercial, professional malpractice, construction, and insurance coverage and defense. Mr. Snow is a member of the Utah State Bar; Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar; Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar; State Bar of Nevada; American Bar Association; Litigation Section, former chair of the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee (Utah State Bar); and member of the United States District Court for Utah (Technology Advisory Committee). He has been designated in The Best Lawyers in America for more than five years, in the specialties of legal malpractice law, commercial litigation and construction law. Mr. Snow has been designated in Utah Business magazine's Utah Legal Elite, in the specialties of civil litigation and construction law. He has also been designated as a Super Lawyer in the Mountain States in Super Lawyer Magazine, Mr. Snow earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University.

Delia Bouwers Bianchin
is a seasoned business attorney, and currently serves as managing partner at Outside Virtual Counsel, LLC. She focuses her practice on corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Bianchin has over two decades of high level experience practicing law. For the first decade of her career, she focused in complex commercial litigation at two large prominent law firms in Pittsburgh, and then spent ten years as in-house counsel for a diversified contract manufacturing company and for a dynamic start-up. In those first ten years of practice, Ms. Bianchin practiced complex commercial litigation at both K&L Gates (formerly Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP) and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC. She then joined Penn United Technologies, Inc., and for ten years held the position of general counsel for the diversified, international precision tool and die manufacturing company based in Cabot, Pennsylvania. More recently, Ms. Bianchin has developed a boutique practice, focused on providing outside general counsel legal services to small and medium-sized businesses in western Pennsylvania and across the country. She earned her B.A. degree in English from Calvin College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law; where she simultaneously served as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Commerce and research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Ms. Bianchin is actively involved in community affairs, serving on various organizational and non-profit charitable boards and as a volunteer. She is a member of the Butler County, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations.

Gregory H. Teufel
is the founder and managing member of the Pittsburgh law firm OGC Law, LLC. He focuses his practice on outside general counsel work and commercial litigation. Mr. Teufel's broad base of experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements on a regular basis that frequently include indemnification, competition, and confidentiality provisions of various types. He frequently handles breach of contract litigation matters as well. Mr. Teufel is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations and The West Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Kings College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
