Justin M. Harrison
is an attorney in the law firm of Jackson Kelly PLLC, where he is a member in the manufacturing, banking, healthcare and energy industry groups, focusing primarily on labor and employment, and litigation. He practices out of the firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Harrison has years of experience in labor and employment law, focusing on counseling employers and defending them against an array of discrimination and retaliation claims, including federal claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, False Claims Act and Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as state claims arising under the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act, West Virginia Human Rights Act and West Virginia Patient Safety Act. He earned his B.A., M.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University. Mr. Harrison is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, West Virginia Defense Trial Counsel and the American Employment Law Council.

Anthony C. Sunseri
is a partner with Burns White LLC, where he has been a litigator there for more two decades. He has been representing corporate entities, professionals, and individuals in a variety of matters with emphasis on health care law, employment litigation and professional liability matters. Mr. Sunseri is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Sunseri earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Sunshine R. Fellows
is a partner and office co-chair in the Pittsburgh office of Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Law Section. She is also co-chair of the firm's Midwest Employment practice team and part of the firm's Executive Committee. Ms. Fellows has spent her entire legal career focusing her practice on various aspects of workplace law, having represented and advised management clients in the area of labor and employment law for nearly twenty years. She regularly defends employers in state and federal court litigation and administrative proceedings arising out of all aspects of the employment relationship. Her litigation practice includes providing representation to employers in both single-plaintiff and class action matters involving claims relating to discrimination, retaliation, employment at-will, restrictive covenants, wrongful discharge, protected leaves of absence, breach of contract, defamation, ERISA-related issues, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud before various judicial and administrative tribunals, including federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia and government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the City of Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. Ms. Fellows also has extensive experience representing employers in state and federal wage and hour class and collective action litigation.

Chloe C. Zidian
is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP and is vice-chair of the firm's Midwest Employment practice team. Ms. Zidian is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of employment claims. Ms. Zidian regularly defends employers in state and federal court actions, as well as administrative proceedings, such as those before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the City of Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. She is experienced in claims arising out of all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour claims, FMLA and ADA claims, and disputes arising from the enforcement of employment agreements. Ms. Zidian also has experience representing international transportation clients and food service providers in a range of employment-related and general liability matters. In addition to litigation, Ms. Zidian also advises clients on an ongoing basis to address real-time employment questions and provides training and counseling on employment issues. Ms. Zidian earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, where she argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in connection with her participation in the Federal Litigation Clinic. Ms. Zidian is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern districts of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County bar associations.
