Jordan B. Weir
is a shareholder in the Fargo, North Dakota office of Vogel Law Firm. He focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Weir represents the injured and the families of those injured or killed in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, oilfield accidents, or explosions in the oil and gas fields in the Bakken in Western North Dakota. His experience includes assisting clients in navigating the complex world of insurance, under-insured motorist coverage, workers' compensation, subrogation interests, no-fault, and health insurance pay-back. Mr. Weir also has broad experience in general insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience handling litigation through settlement and, where necessary, taking cases through to verdict and any subsequent appeal. Mr. Weir earned his J.D. degree with honors at University of Minnesota Law School and is admitted to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota. He served as the president of Cass County Bar Association from 2019-2020 and has been recognized as Thomas Reuters' Great Plains Rising Stars (2017-2025). He has also been recognized as The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in commercial litigation, insurance law, litigation - real estate, litigation - trusts and estates, and personal injury - defendants (2024-2025).

John D. Sear
is a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For more than 30 years, he has defended manufacturers in product liability litigation involving such wide-ranging products as ATVs and RVs to institutional chemicals, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. From single cases to mass tort litigation and class actions, Mr. Sear has defended clients in courtrooms around the country. Although he has defended a variety of products, he focuses his practice principally on defending manufacturers and suppliers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and recreational vehicles. Mr. Sear has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by Minnesota Monthly (2024) and a Minnesota Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine (2009-2019). He also received a Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing in 2017. Mr. Sear earned his J.D. degree from University of Iowa College of Law with high distinction and is admitted to practice in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Haley K. Finch
is an attorney with Stinson LLP in Bismarck, North Dakota. With a focus on business litigation, she works with clients on complex disputes across various industries. Ms. Finch honed her legal skill through a variety of experiences, including serving as a judicial law clerk for the North Dakota Supreme Court, as well as serving as a summer associate for two multi-service regional law firms in North Dakota. She earned her J.D. degree at University of North Dakota School of Law, where she was a member of North Dakota Law Review and recognized as an Outstanding Law Student Leader. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Finch has a passion for exploring the world. Originally from Canada, she broadened her horizons by studying abroad in the Netherlands and has now visited over 20 different countries.

Brandon Erickson
is a partner with O'Keeffe O'Brien Lyson Attorneys in Fargo, North Dakota. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and general litigation. Originally from Wilton, North Dakota, Mr. Erickson graduated from Bismarck High School. He earned a political science degree at the University of North Dakota, a master's degree from California State University in Fresno, and graduated from the Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in Orange, California. At Chapman, he worked on an advisory panel focused on setting up the West Coast's first Veterans Legal Clinic providing free legal services to military veterans. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Erickson was selected as a presidential management fellow, and worked for the U.S. Space and Missile Command at Los Angeles Air Force base. He was a member of the North Dakota Army National Guard and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Erickson was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star medals. Following his honorable discharge, he participated in several North Dakota military and university conferences as a keynote speaker on the subject "Leadership through Crisis: Never Leave a Fallen Comrade." Mr. Erickson began his legal career as a deputy district attorney for El Dorado County in California. After four years as a prosecutor, he started his own law firm in California. In 2020, Mr. Erickson returned to North Dakota and joined O'Keeffe O'Brien Lyson Attorneys shortly thereafter. He was named partner in 2024. He is admitted to practice in North Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, and California. Mr. Erickson is a member of the WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and is deemed an accredited estate planner by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.

is a partner with RGP Law Ltd. in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, and Alaska. His primary area of practice is civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense, municipal law, construction law, and general litigation. Mr. Wills also handles large-loss subrogation cases in the agricultural space, particularly as it relates to product defect claims. He earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Mr. Wills is a member of several professional organizations including Defense Research Institute, Minnesota Defense Lawyer's Association, Claims Litigation Management Alliance, Minnesota Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Timothy C. Lamb
is a sole practitioner in Grand Forks, where he maintains a general practice including family law, personal injury, criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, and other areas. He has been practicing since 2010 and has tried over 150 cases in state and federal courts in North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska, as well as North Dakota Federal Districts Courts, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Lamb earned his master's degree from Central Michigan University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He is a retired Major in the U.S. Army and represents veterans throughout the state of North Dakota. Mr. Lamb ran for attorney general in 2022.
