Dennis S. Voorhees
is a partner with Canyon River Law LLP in Twin Falls, Idaho. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1978. He is both a certified elder law attorney (National Elder Law Foundation) and a certified estate law planning specialist (Estate Law Planning Specialist Board, Inc.). Mr. Voorhees' practice areas include disability trusts, elder law, public benefits preservation, and estate planning. He is the Idaho representative for the Special Needs Alliance, an organization of attorneys specializing in special needs planning for persons with disabilities. Mr. Voorhees served as President of the Idaho State Bar in 2016 and Commissioner 2016-2017. He is also affiliated with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of WealthCounsel LLC, the Magic Valley Estate Planning Council and the St. Lukes-Magic Valley Regional Medical Center Bioethics Committee. Mr. Voorhees has an AV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a Mountain States Super Lawyer in the field of elder law for 2010 and 2011 by Super Lawyers, a publication of Thomson Reuters. He writes and lectures frequently on topics including use of trusts, special needs planning, elder law, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, Medicare Set-aside Arrangements, Qualified Settlement Funds, digital asset access planning.

Matthew Wolfe
is an attorney with Twin Falls Estate Planning where his practice focuses on estate planning and probate. Before starting his legal career, Matt moved around all over the globe serving our country as an Intelligence Analyst in the Army National Guard. During this time, he earned his undergraduate degree from American Military University. After more than a decade of service, he earned his J.D. degree at Concordia University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation at Boston University School of Law. Matt was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of 2021 by the Idaho State Bar. He previously served as vice president of the Fourth District Bar Association, CLE chair of the Idaho State Bar Young Lawyer Section, and chair of the Idaho Military Legal Alliance.

Jeremy C. Younggren
is a deputy attorney general for the state of Idaho's Health & Human Services Division. His practice focuses on Medicaid, probate, trusts, and litigation. Prior to becoming deputy attorney general, Mr. Younggren worked as a staff attorney for the Honorable Jonathan Medema of the Fourth Judicial District for two years before joining Sandra L. Clapp & Associates, P.A. He also previously interned with the Idaho Conservation League and the Idaho Attorney General's Office. Mr. Younggren graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2014 and was admitted to practice in Idaho the following October. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Idaho, graduating with a history major, classics minor, and archaeology minor.

is an attorney with over 40 years of practice in Idaho focusing on business and employment disputes, resolving and settling estates, probate administration and litigation, and helping trust beneficiaries and trustees. He earned his J.D. degree at Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School and his LL.M. degree in tax law at University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Simmons is admitted to practice in Idaho (1984) and Utah (1988). When not working, you can find him at a rock concert or hanging out with his springer spaniel, Jagger.
