serves as an NFL certified agent and executive vice president of Football Operations at Young Money APAA, bringing over ten years of experience in the industry. He is fluent in areas regarding contract negotiation, player association legalities, endorsements, sponsorships, and draft preparation; and has negotiated multiple second and third contracts totaling over $100m in negotiated deals. Mr. Haija earned his a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech; his M.A. degree from Harvard University; his M.B.A. degree from University of Roehampton in London; and attended law school at NWCU Law. Prior to his sports agent career, he was a full-time university professor, teaching courses in organizational business, political economy, and sociology at the University of Hawaii and Pacific University. In addition, Mr. Haija is a seasoned veteran in private equity and start-up projects, having served in multiple executive roles in the tech space and helped grow a Fortune 100, Best Start-Up as an equity founder.

For the past five years, Mr. Bhatt has honed his skills in athlete contract negotiations at top-tier agencies. He is a staunch believer in the power of sincere client relationships, a value he brings to life in his work. Mr. Bhatt's legal expertise, combined with his evolving understanding of the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement, makes him an effective advocate for his clients. At Young Money APAA Sports, he utilizes his wide-ranging experiences to support his clients' careers. Mr. Bhatt adeptly unravels contract complexities and provides strategic career guidance on and off the field. More than an agent or legal advisor, he sees himself as a trusted ally, cultivating enduring partnerships with his clients. Mr. Bhatt earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Chicago Kent College of Law.
