Allen Browning
is the founder of Browning Law in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He has been practicing in Idaho's state and federal courts since 1983 and has successfully handled thousands of personal injury cases, with over one hundred of these cases resulting in jury trials. Mr. Browning was the first attorney in eastern Idaho to receive a jury verdict for an automobile accident case in excess of one million dollars. Throughout his career, he has worked with and learned from some of the best trial lawyers in the United States. Mr. Browning has worked for Joe Ball of Beverly Hills, as well as Los Angeles catastrophic injury attorneys James McCarthy and Daniel Cathcart - all members of the Inner Circle of Advocates. Before becoming an attorney, he worked in the insurance industry which provides him with an in-depth understanding of the way insurance companies operate.

Stetson B. Holman
is an attorney with Stetson Injury Law, where he represents victims in personal injury cases, including products liability, medical and nursing malpractice, catastrophic auto and trucking collisions, wrongful deaths, and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Sargent Law Firm Injury Lawyers, he spent more than a year clerking for a district judge in Jerome, Gooding, and Twin Falls County. After his clerkship, Mr. Holman worked with a solo practitioner and managed a high-volume personal injury firm in the Treasure Valley. He was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho before attending the University of Idaho College of Law. In his final years of law school, Mr. Holman represented the law school in regional negotiation and mock trial competitions before spending a semester in practice clerking for B. Lynn Winmill, a U.S. District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. He is admitted to practice in Idaho and Utah.

Tim Soefje
is a partner and the office Chair at Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP's Dallas office. He is the vice chair of the FMG's architects and engineers design liability team. For more than 30 years, Mr. Soefje has represented national and local clients in complex, high-stakes construction litigation, involving architects, engineers, design professionals, land surveyors, general contractors, subcontractors and other defendants. His practices includes both serious property and personal injury. In addition, Mr. Soefje has developed a statewide reputation representing judges, lawyers and law firms on a wide range of serious ethical matters, grievances, client fee disputes, applications for admission, claims avoidance and crisis management. He represents lawyers and law firms sued for barratry. He has served for several years on the Texas Board of Directors for the Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS) and was featured as one of the #30For30 for PLUS' 30th Anniversary. He also has served as the co-chair of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) Miscellaneous Professional Liability Committee. Mr. Soefje is also a Texas mediator, completing his certification at the nationally-recognized University of Texas School of Law Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution Center. He focuses his mediation practice on the resolution of professional liability, fee dispute, personal injury, construction defect, real estate, and commercial matters. Mr. Soefje also represents college-level coaches in contract negotiation, employment consultation, NCAA compliance assistance, and business development. He has developed an active Title IX practice, representing college-level coaches and athletes in the defense of Title IX claims. He also assists coaches with NCAA and Title IX internal investigations, social media training, and crises management. Mr. Soefje currently serves as an outside consultant to OmniSure Consulting Group, LLC, a national leader in risk management and loss control services in architectural, engineering, and design professionals and medical negligence space. He is a regular contributor and speaker for seminars, webinars, and educational training programs, as well as a contributing writer and editor to industry publications. He also writes a blog Professional Liability Update, which has been featured numerous times as a top blog by the Texas State Bar. Mr. Soefje is admitted to practice in Idaho, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Zach Hathaway
is an attorney at Sargent Law Firm Injury Lawyers. He attended undergrad at University of Washington and law school at UCLA. In law school, Mr. Hathaway externed for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the Central District of California. After obtaining his Juris Doctorate, he practiced business transactional law and estate planning. Mr. Hathaway chose to work in personal injury law because he wanted to make a positive impact in people's lives, and he enjoyed the challenge of obtaining the highest settlements for our clients that he possibly can. He is licensed to practice law in Idaho and California.

Ryan Sargent
is the owner and founder of Sargent Law Firm Injury Lawyers. He attended undergraduate at Point Loma Nazarene University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mr. Sargent took both the California State Bar and Idaho State Bar, and is a licensed attorney in both California and Idaho. After law school, he started working at a personal injury law firm, and fulfilled his dream of starting his own law firm just three years later. Sargent Law Firm was founded in 2011, and has represented thousands of people, and obtained over $80,000,000.00 in settlements, judgments, and verdicts for clients.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

James M. Susag
is a seasoned trial attorney with a focus on franchise and dealer disputes, real estate, and complex commercial matters. He has been the lead attorney in over 100 trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts across the country, and in domestic and international arbitration forums. Mr. Susag has the unique perspective of a trial lawyer who has also managed complex litigation and developed strategic legal plans as in-house counsel. Clients appreciate his boardroom-to-courtroom experience in crafting resolutions for their business disputes. Mr. Susag is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Fourth and Eighth circuits. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.
