She manages the probate, trusts, and estate planning practice, handling over $35 million in estates, and helps individuals, families, and business owners protect their interests and plan for an uncertain future. Ms. Barillaro earned her B.A. degree from Quinnipiac University and her J.D. degree from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.

John C. Drapp, III
is an attorney with Drapp Law PLLC with an office in Milford, Connecticut. His practice is currently limited to estate planning, elder law, probate, and real estate transactions. Mr. Drapp earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is also a licensed real estate broker and for many years taught the pre-licensing course for real estate agents. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Richard S. LeVine
is of counsel in the private client and tax team at Withers Bergman LLP. He is familiar with the taxation of partnerships, LLCs, corporations and trusts from both an income and an estate tax perspective, along with knowing how to incorporate them into international structures, he is one of our renaissance lawyers who ties together many aspects of our tax practice for individuals and wealthy families. Mr. LeVine recently helped a real estate developer transfer minority interests in closely-held entities to trusts to minimize both state income tax and federal estate taxes; a hedge fund manager form a private trust company to administer both personal and charitable assets; a wealthy entrepreneur to create an insurance dedicated fund as part of US pre-immigration planning; and an investment professional to expatriate while minimizing his exit tax. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Northwestern University; his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School; and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. Mr. LeVine is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Florida, Illinois, and Connecticut.

She holds an advanced professional certificate in estate planning from NYU School of Law. She is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.

is an attorney at Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin P.C. He has a wide-ranging, litigation-focused practice. Mr. Esposito represents clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in the areas of general, commercial, and probate litigation, labor and employment, and administrative law. He has counseled various public sector labor unions and employees in collective bargaining, arbitration, and litigation. is the owner of Malcolm F. Barlow, Attorney at Law, where he practices in the areas of elder law, probate, personal injury and real estate. He has been involved in probate practice since 1978, and has litigated probate issues including the admission of wills. Mr. Barlow is a frequent lecturer at seminars on elder law and probate matters. He is a past president of the Manchester Bar Association, and a member of the Hartford County and Connecticut bar associations. Mr. Barlow is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and a member of the Connecticut Chapter of NAELA. He earned his B.A. degree in English from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut.
