Speaker bio
Kate M. Grady
concentrates her practice on commercial real estate, finance and real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in title examination and review for title insurance purposes (for both residential and commercial real estate) and for mineral estates. With her prior experience working with title companies and as a landman, Ms. Grady has experience curing title defects, clearing liens, providing title opinions and assisting clients through the title process from inception to post-closing. She is skilled at reviewing the diligence in connection with real estate acquisition and financing. With vast experience reviewing title documents, surveys, and zoning, Ms. Grady can solve the most complex title issues. Additionally, she has experience drafting many types of real estate documents including loan documents, security instruments, indemnities, NDAs, and estoppels. Ms. Grady earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron and her J.D. degree from University of Akron School of Law.

Brian H. Smith
is an attorney with Fidelity National Law Group, where he focuses his practice in all aspects of creditors' rights, including residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, title insurance defense, ejectments/evictions, replevins, representation of creditors in bankruptcy court, collections and general commercial litigation. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.

Duane H. Wunsch
is vice president and Wisconsin state counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He has more than 30 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, closing transactions, and handling title insurance claims. Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Land Title Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

Curt Trisko
is a member of Cozen O'Connor. He represents corporate, individual, and nonprofit clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Trisko's clients have included developers, owners of office portfolios, financial institutions, REITs, government entities, and homeowners. In addition to his transactional work, he is experienced in real estate trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts. Mr. Trisko is a Minnesota State Bar Association certified real property specialist. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
