She has extensive experience in title examination and review for title insurance purposes (for both residential and commercial real estate) and for mineral estates. With her prior experience working with title companies and as a landman, Ms. Grady has experience curing title defects, clearing liens, providing title opinions and assisting clients through the title process from inception to post-closing. She is skilled at reviewing the diligence in connection with real estate acquisition and financing. With vast experience reviewing title documents, surveys, and zoning, Ms. Grady can solve the most complex title issues. Additionally, she has experience drafting many types of real estate documents including loan documents, security instruments, indemnities, NDAs, and estoppels. Ms. Grady earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron and her J.D. degree from University of Akron School of Law.
