With nearly three decades of criminal and civil litigation experience at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Mr. Rossi leverages the skills he honed as a federal prosecutor to concentrate on matters related to white collar criminal defense and government investigations. In his DOJ career, he had an unprecedented 110 trials, including ninety jury. His courtroom achievements have earned him numerous commendations, including the FBI Washington Field Office's Career Achievement Award, the first (if not only) time the award has ever been presented to a prosecutor. Mr. Rossi also received a Tax Division Outstanding Attorney Award, Director's Award, and DEA Administrator's Award for his lead role in Operation "Cotton Candy." He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Fairfield University, his J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Rossi is a member of the American Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, District of Columbia and Virginia. Mr. Rossi teaches trial advocacy at Harvard Law School and constitutional and criminal procedure law at George Mason University.

He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Griffith has defended police officers from approximately 15 Delaware municipalities, in claims ranging from Fourth Amendment search and seizure issues, to excessive force claims involving tasers and/or canines.
